My experience at view point was really good. The staff was friendly and the Doctor gave me good consultation. Navdeep gave me great service while showing the glasses and gave me valuable feedback on every pair. I enjoyed visiting this place and I recommend everyone to visit View Point If you want to consult Optometrist.

Very excellent service! The front desk staff were very friendly. They explained every step of the initial screening and answered any questions I had. Dr. Driedger was also very friendly and took the time to go over the eye health pictures in great detail. She also answered all of my questions and helped simulate what distance and near vision would look like with new glasses. Would absolutely recommend!

I had an eye exam earlier this year with Dr Driedger. The exam was very thorough and Dr D was very courteous and professional. I went back to the business to order glasses and was assisted by McKenna who was very helpful and kind. I was told my glasses would be in in a couple of weeks but they showed up in less than a week. Again McKenna helped me when I went in to pick up my new glasses. All the staff are great. I would recommend this business to anyone, it was a very good experience!

View Pointe Vision is the best place to go for all of your eye care needs! Dr. Driedger is very kind and takes her time with each patient to explain everything about your eye health thoroughly. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and obviously cares for her patients deeply. The entire team is super helpful and positive, always ensuring you leave feeling great! I recommend View Pointe Vision to absolutely everyone, for everything from yearly eye exams to emergencies.

I went in today for my eye check up and I was super impressed from the moment I stepped in with Sally first attending me, despite being elderly, she was really very humble and polite. Then the other lady (I didn't get to catch her name) who did the thorough eye examination, she was very professional and calm. Then finally, Dr. Driedger came in to interpret the various results of the tests and even conducted further tests herself and then interpreting the results in the simplest of form, with the next steps towards resolution; she was also very friendly and would make you feel at home.

In all, my experience was a WOW one from the Professionalism, to the neat and organized ambience and general willingness to help by everyone at the Clinic. If there is anything more than a 5 star, I would give it.

It was a great experience having eye exam and have my glasses prescribed at View Pointe. Everyone is nice, especially Rebecca who is very helpful and explained all the details clearly.

Went here 2 years ago and it was phenomenal, unfortunately today wasn't the same. Eye exam went great, doctor was super helpful. Couldn't say the same about the person helping me pick out glasses, super rushed, didn't give me a chance to even look at things myself. Definitely go here for exams but maybe other options when coming to purchase frames

Great experience from the beginning to the end.
First of all, the office is incredibly well maintained and organized. The Team is very nice, they are knowledgeable and honest (Nav is the best).
The glasses/frames prices are great, and after two weeks wearing mine I can guarantee that I got a great quality product.
Plus, you are supporting a local company that actually does a fantastic job!

I don’t know how to express in words how fantastic Dr. Driedger is. I’ve been seeing her for many years before she opened her own office and believe me when I say I’d follow her anywhere.
She’s the only optometrist that has understood my poor vision and made me feel comfortable and seen with all my fears. Her and her team have gone above and beyond for me, supporting me through 2 retina tears and a retina detachment, her knowledge, professionalism and care is beyond anything I’ve ever experience.

From getting Eye exam to pick up my glasses…I had an amazing experience. Dr. Driedger and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great collection of frames. Thank you Navdeep Rebecca and Sally for exceptional service. Highly recommended.

I went for my first eye check up, it was a woderfull experience. Whole staff is very nice. It took 20 min time. Dr Janelle Driedger is superb.

This clinic is fantastic, the staff are incredibly professional and do an amazing job. I have been coming to see Dr. Driedger since View Pointe opened and she always goes above and beyond. Her attention to detail and the importance she places on having patients understand what's going on with their eyes is something I had never experienced with an optometrist before. I have also purchased all my eye needs (contacts, glasses, sunglasses) through the clinic and they've been perfect. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a great experience with this place, friendly staff and very experienced doctor. I got my eye checked couple times at different places but never had this kind of thorough checkup. Not only that she listened really well to my issues and showed her concern about my problem. Fully satisfied and I strongly recommend this place and their tag line left a strong impression on me, I don't know the exact words but it was something, "Your vision will change but your experience will remain same. Best clinic ever, i never seen this kind of system for eye checkup, they do all eye checkup very nicely and friendly and never do their job in a rush manner, Highly recommended this clinic to everyone, you will never think about to go somewhere else after first visit. Couldn't be happier with our experience at View Pointe. Dr Janelle Driedger and all the staff were very warm, knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to explain everything & answer questions. They were fantastic with our kids and really went above and beyond to make sure it was a positive experience for them and for us. They also had a great selection of beautiful frames and helped us pick out ones that we love.

Hands down, best eye appointment ever. I went in for contacts and she was extremely helpful, not pushy, and got me samples to try for daily's and monthlies! I'm moved out of the neighborhood now, but I know I will make the trip the next I need something because it's worth it! I also had questions about sunglasses for kids, and told her about wanting to get a class set for my students. She called her distributor to try and get me a deal on a bulk order, and got back to me very quickly. It would be an understatement to say she was helpful and kind.

Five star experience from beginning to end! All staff are warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Dr. Driedger has impeccable bedside manner and took the time to administer a thorough eye exam and discuss test results (not rushed at all). Frame styles to choose from are very tasteful, it was very easy for me to find some I loved from a diverse selection. Storefront and clinic alike are modern, a very professionally run outfit all around!

The staff fantastic and friendly and Dr. Janelle is a kind and caring doctor. The space is modern and the frame selection is great. The whole experience was first class.

All the staff are fantastic here and very informative. I’ve avoided going to eye doctors because for the most part they’re very generic and tend to rush you out once your exams are done without answering your questions. Janelle answered all my questions as well as went into detail about the behind the scenes to really explain how things work in the eyes in relation to how we see and what causes what. Well done and keep it. Definitely recommend View Pointe regardless of where you live in the city!
