I've had a fantastic experience living at Vilaggio, thanks in large part to the exceptional maintenance provided by Shane. His attention to detail and prompt responses to any issues have made my time here stress-free. Living at Vilaggio has been a pleasure, thanks to Shane's dedicated service.

Thank you for a new AC. Shane came over to install the new unit. He did a fantastic job, well done we are so happy with his service.

Office staff really needs to be changed, especially that Indian girl in the office needs to learn how to respect others. Rest assured apartment is good.

Shane did a wonderful job today at 104-1185 Leila Ave. He fixed my toilet handle in couple of minutes and he never disappoint me I was so worried last night about it and ask for emergency fix and he showed up early morning which is great.
Always love to see quick services like that

We are complaining about water leakage in our room from 2 months but they aren’t fix it, Along with this the washing machine and electric stove or gas does not work which have been mentioned to them 100 of times.

Worst apartment service I’ve ever seen. Our refrigerator is not working. Its been 3 weeks we are calling maintenance even I went to office but still nobody took any action about it. I will not recommend these apartments.

Shane came in, and changed my air conditioning unit. My apartment is now cool for the summer.:)

I hope I could give 0 star for the building and the building and the management operating it. We have stayed here for one year. The building managers do not take your concerns seriously. The office staff is very rude and disrespectful towards their own tenants. They have 0 work standards and ethics. Also it is RED FLAG. Please know they will not return the security deposit and will charge you with unnecessary expenses when you move out and will send an invoice showing they owe us $0. The lady from office came to do the walk out inspection in our apartment. She did not remove her shoes. She took the shoes to our room. What kind of behaviour is this? Office people specially the two ladies show too much attitude when you visit their office. You guys are paid to treat people good and make their experience good. So keep you disgusting attitude aside and do your Job properly.

Horrible experience dealing with these people. The apartments are run down and dirty, can not get service, the office staff are feckless, people will steal your parking spot on the regular with no help from the office. Avoid this play at all costs! If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Very rude staff two ladies in the office
If you have any problem they will give you little smile instead of solve it
I went in the office 4 times & same thing happened every time
Now my brother do everything regarding rent, cleaning, parking, pest control etc.
I don’t recommend anybody to live here because you will feel heavy insult in the office
One more thing my sister was pregnant and the elevator most of the time was not working so we had to use stairs
I was so so disappointed that time
They don’t give you polite warning they will give you a deadline to leave the apartment.
Such a wastage of money
My sister was in depression due to these office girls
