Have never in my life seen this amount of disrespect, and disregard for tenants from management. Absolutely disgusting, would not advise renting here, unless you like being treated like an animal.

The process of applying and finally moving into my new place was pretty seamless and the communication from the girls in the office was great. Love my place on Tracey Street and maintenance is super fast if there are any issues that need to be addressed:)

I am living in Woodhaven apt, it is fabulous place to live, as it offers onsite service, help, and all other facilities. I personally thanks to the building manager.

Absolutely great customer/renting services! The landlord Stu (Woodhaven Apartments) was incredibly helpful through out our move in process, and day to day afterwards he gave us quick answers to questions and practical help when needed. The building is full of only friendly people and always kept clean. Brilliant location and great management has made for an excellent new home.

Stu is our caretaker. He is awesome. Easy to talk to and quick to respond to a problem. We had our kitchen sink drains clogged he had the plumber at our place within the hour!

I myself stayed in Arbutus Place for a year and had no problems with the unit. Appliances were in good working order. The battery of the alarm has to be changed as it beeped constantly. Email maintenance and they were able to arrive promptly. Had the one entrance door to myself so it was convenient and didn’t have to pass by anyone. My only issue would be the neighbors as depending on them, in this case they were above me and were loud majority of the time, it can be frustrating. Every little step and conversation they are having you can hear. I would recommend VHP to implement a Quiet/After Hours policy. Overall, a fair experience.

Very professional company. They are able to manage apartments, condominiums as well as commercial units. Its hard to find a management company that can do all of these.
