Wow, helpful, wow! Is all I can say.
Brandy the Service Advisor swung by Friday evening while I was camped out at the far end of their lot and told me to come in at 9am and if they could get the parts they could get it done.
Morgan the Service Tech walked in and she told him I was his appointment for the day. He was super genial, helpful, and proactive. I'm not certain he is capable of frowning.
And thank you Morgan for the bonus that should keep this from happening again.

I bought a truck here in May, and I've had THE best experience both during the sales process and definitely ever since.

Today my wife was driving her vehicle (which she did not buy there nor is it a Chrysler product) and she needed to add some air in her tires before continuing down the highway to SK. I called the service dept and got Kevin on the phone and he was so accommodating! He took her vehicle in on the fly and got the air to the correct pressures and sent her on the way in a matter of minutes. Refused payment. In and out and so friendly!

11/10 would deal with again.

We found a 2016 Dodge Journey on Car Guru and went to Virden to see the car. They had put the car inside the shop to warm it up. Danny explained everything on CarFax and we took the car for a spin. Everything seemed great but we had to wait for our payment from Autopac from our 2012 Journey and other monies to come in before we could pay the total of the car. We were met in Brandon by Conner (sp?) and settled the payment and the Autopac at that time. Once we got home, we noticed there was condensation on the inside of the driver headlamp. We have since taken the car back to Virden and await the outcome of several questions we had about our 2016 Journey. Bluetooth pairing does not work, Navigation system does notwork, there was no heat in the back seat and the front power point stopped working. We are waiting to hear back from Warren. The salesman, Danny did the best he could and we are very happy with his input to our purchase.

I would certainly recommend this business as the best place that I have experienced so far by a long shot-to have all your car needs and concerns looked after! Of course no place is perfect, but I have certainly been served here with an outstanding and wonderful spirit of service I found to
be unmatched else where & they will are willing to go the extra mile and will do their best to look after what you request of them
If at all possible and this all for an absolutely amazing price and I have also experienced a great sense of honesty-when there was something that one of the workers did accidentally-really a very small
matter and yet they told me about it and fixed it! Now you tell me who or what business these days will follow through with this way of doing things! All I can comment on is-PLEASE KEEP UP THIS ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT SERVICE this has been my experience so far friends-up to you to find out for yourself right? I leave this choice up to you of course!
