I recently went to this location to upgrade my phone. It was my first experience dealing with this location as I had just moved here from Ontario. From the very start I was impressed with the customer service of all the staff that work here. Especially my dealings with Dorothy, who was nothing shy of outstanding. She worked very patiently with me making sure that I was getting the best plan, and phone, at the very best deal. It is not everyday that you receive this level of customer service. She is knowledgeable, considerate, and cares about the well-being of her customers. I cannot say enough about this very impressive sales rep. If you are looking to upgrade your phone, or thinking about switching your cellphone provider I highly recommend you try Virgin Mobile at Polo Park and go see Dorothy. If I could give more stars, I would!

The staff have poor comprehension of what their contracts and promotions entails. The managers actively avpid dealing with anything related to customer care and avoided even responding to a simple email for months on end.
Not to mention the service drops ya out of the blue: (would give 0/5, pick a different company.

I was charged $40 connection fee for PREPAID plan. I was promised that this connection fee will be waived for me and given me back in my next bill. And guess what? They didn't do that. I claimed about this and they promised again to give money back for me. And guess what? They didn't do that.
