Virgin Plus

Just leaving a note for agent EQ34351- Virgin plus cellular service is terrible and a bit scammy. Bought a phone from them and didn’t really need… I paid out my contract and at the end I asked the account be closed. They insisted I keep open so as to get a new phone at Black Friday… I didn’t, as the deals for black Friday were weak, but now they insist on billing me for an account with no usage in 26 months….

As promised to the agent who finally closed my account and refused to reverse charges here is my review, I will as promised repeat this action accordingly.

Such an Exceptional Customer Service by TISHA! Super Friendly experience with best possible help. I took my sim card then went for upgrade for phone and wasn’t disappointed either time.

Tisha provided excellent customer service at virgin plus. She explained everything very nicely and was easily understandable. She was really attentive. Her expertise, patience, and dedication made my experience truly outstanding. I highly recommend to go at virgin plus at st Vital mall and especially Tisha.

I recently purchased a SIM card from the Virgin Plus store, and I must say it was a seamless experience. "TISHA PATEL" helped and assisted me in choosing the right plan for my needs. The activation process was quick, and I had my new service up and running in no time.
Apart from that I am also going to buy a NEW PHONE on BOXING DAY from her too. Overall, a positive and efficient transaction at Virgin Plus.

This was my first time to visit virgin plus and the main thing
that saw over there is that their staff are really very cooperative.

Transfer my service during Black Friday! The kiosk was busy at then but the staff was really nice and patient to let us know there would be a bit of wait. We waited for a bit and the representative got the transfer done within 5mins. Great experience and will definitely recommend others to come.

I was been Canada for couple years. And I was the member of rogers, bell and somewhere else. It was all the same price. What I am looking for is a good service. Until the manager named Rudy. He is a really pretty guy who is working there. So I choose Virgin. I will suggest all of my friends who is Rudy!

Nice customer services ever! Went there during Black Friday weekend, super busy but still very patient. Also they have people who speak different languages, you can always get help from them.
