I had a primary rhinoplasty done back in April and I’ve had a few follow ups since; from the very first consultation, to the actual surgery and through all follow ups I have been so well taken care of. Dr. Esmail’s entire staff has been incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout the whole process and I am absolutely in love with my nose! Getting this rhinoplasty done not only helped my breathing, but it completely changed my confidence! It can be intimidating to pursue cosmetic surgery but Dr. Esmail was open and transparent about the whole process and what realistic expectations could be. All of my cosmetic and functional concerns were addressed both pre and post surgery. The whole surgical team day-of was both reassuring and comforting, and follow up care was and continues to be very thorough. The immediate healing process (first few weeks) was a breeze - way easier than I expected! I cannot recommend Visage and Dr. Esmail enough, if you’re considering a procedure, GO FOR IT! Worth the investment, I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I had my nose done July 2020. I paid 8400 at the time. (To my knowledge has gone up as people looking to get the surgery has asked my experience with him) I am satisfied with my nose.

However, I was unhappy with the aftercare/customer experience that came after the surgery. As I was promised a follow-up 1 week, 1 month, 6 months and a year postop that the front desk would book, and never had any of that. I even had to let my own cast fall off.

It wasn’t til a year later I was unhappy as there was a noticeable dip in my nose. Dr Esmail filled it with filler for free.

Shafroz is the best best best in the game. I left the city and no one I've gone to compares.

Went to Visage for the first time, Shafroz was my injection nurse and she was so friendly, informative and walked me through the whole process and she was very chill! She sent me home with everything I needed to have the best after care experience. I went in thinking about what I wanted to get, and based on that she told me that it'll work but, what I was trying to achieve, for myself required something a little different and I am so happy I did that vs what I thought - it wouldn't have turned out the way I invisioned.

I had my Rhinoplasty in August 2022 done by Dr. Esmail. I am very thankful to you doctor and their entire team for doing this wonderful job and giving me amazing results. My whole experience was so great. Their team make me so comfortable on day of surgery i was little nervous on that day but i never know when they completed my surgery and how. I just realized my face was packed when woke up. I never felt any pain during and after my surgery. Like zero pain. There was no any infection i get after surgery. After week i went back to my work after cast removed. I got my result after a month when little swelling goes down and after 2 months i got my perfect results. Its now my month 3 and i am so happy living and i have no words to say how to thanks to dr.esmail. You are angel. I got same nose your showed me in 3d pictures. You gave me more than my expectations. I would say it was completely worth to choose your clinic than travelling outside and expending over on living plus extra costs. Your Price was so fair and going to worth for me for whole life. At the end i would highly recommend everybody to choose visage clinic rather than spending on travel or any other clinic they are so professionals and skilled surgeons. A few months ago I started seeing Shafroz for lip filler and Dysport injections and I’m so happy I found her! She really listens to the goals and results you are looking to achieve - and never pushes you to do more! She is very knowledgeable and you can tell that she is so passionate in what she does. And Idunno what sort of magic she has but I barely feel the injections when she does them! She’s also the most kind human and makes you feel so comfortable and welcome at every appointment

I have always had a perfect experience at visage! Shafroz is an amazing nurse, who works great with you to achieve the goals you want. She is honest and I always trust her judgment. The rest of the staff are just as friendly as her!

Microrhinoplasty was a waste of money. Had wanted my bumps removed after an injury to my nose but the bumps came back and became worse after the surgery, now my nasal bone looks even wider than post-injury.

Maybe this surgery works on people who have straight noses, but if you have a crooked nasal bone, get that straightened first, because the bumps are just going to come back worse than they were. Maybe I was lied to about being a good candidate. I also didn't like the fact that the surgeon poked a needle within my nose without warning me. He also never said much or explained anything and rushed into finishing the surgery. Almost 3k for the procedure and months later I could see it was such a waste.

I went to Visage for a skin consult, and in all honestly not really expecting to move ahead with anything. My skin assessment was a real eye opener and the way Shafroz went over the results with me gave me complete confidence in her, she was clearly very knowledgeable. At no point did I feel any pressure, I was given recommendations and from there it was up to me. I would highly recommend Shafroz and Visage Cosmetic Clinic to anyone.

I went to see Dr Esmail because I was self conscious about the dark bags under my eyes. He suggested both an upper and lower blepharoplasty. I wasn't expecting to do both, but he was right, the upper has a huge impact. I am so much happier with the way I look now.

I am now 6 months post rhinoplasty with Dr. Esmail and the whole experience with him and visage has been great from the consultation, to the surgery day and the check up appointments after. At the consultation Dr. Esmail was very thorough in explaining everything and listening to my concerns and is very honest and says what needs to be done as well as what doesn’t need to be done. You can tell he really has your best interest in mind. Angela and Dav were also great at answering any questions and explaining everything. The day of the surgery everyone is very comforting and makes you feel at ease. The anesthesiologist, nurses and Dr. Esmail make you really feel like you are in great hands and it was very comforting and eased my nerves. The surgery itself went great and the recovery process went very smoothly with hardly any pain. The day before surgery as well as the day after you receive calls/texts to check in on how you are doing which I thought was really comforting and caring. Dr. Esmail has been great at the post op check up appointments. He is truly amazing at what he does and the whole experience with Dr. Esmail and Visage has been great. I am very happy I went with him for rhinoplasty, I have been and will continue to recommend him to anyone.

My under eye bags have bothered me for years. People would even ask me on a regular basis why I looked so tired. I went for a consultation with Dr. Esmail and he suggested a Lower Blepharoplasty including Fat Grafting. He was straight up with what I needed and I am so happy I went with his suggestion. Not only are my under eye bags gone but my face and cheeks have more structure than before. He made sure I got the result I wanted and I am so happy I made the decision to get this procedure- I only wish I had gone years ago! They ruined my life, I had laser mole removal surgery in the fall of 2020, and after that I had a very visible scar on my face. After several treatments, they used a special laser in early 2021 to make my scar worse and more visible. After several more futile treatments (though they persisted and improved, everyone but the clinic said they saw no effect), surgery was performed in early 2022, leaving scarring worse and more pronounced. After two years of wasting my time, I finally decided to talk to the head of the clinic about the results. They actually told me that they could only give me one treatment, and then decided to give up. In the past two years, they made many treatment mistakes and did not respect my opinion and insisted on their treatment, which resulted in my worse scar. They ruined my life and disrespected me. I suffered from depression after two years of psychological struggle. Their surgical error caused all this to happen. I was very disappointed.

They destroyed my friend's life, my friend after they except for nevus treatment left a very obvious and affect facial image, has experienced many useless here has suffered from severe depression after laser treatment, and after the last treatment clinic director made it clear that decided to give up leads to increased my friend's psychological problems. They ruined my friend's face. They ruined my friend's life.

I received a hydrafacial treatment from Shafroz Velji - excellent service, very friendly, clean environment, effective treatment. Unfortunately the machine broke (no fault of the clinic) just prior to the final stage of the facial so my treatment could not be completed, however, Shafroz still did a great job and immediately offered a discount. I will be back for further treatments.

The doctor is a liar. Said he would be able to fix 90% of the bend in my nose. Probably didn’t even do 50%. If he’s the only one in town… fly somewhere else.

I’ve always been very self conscious about the bags under my eyes. Had my first appt for injections with Reg about a week ago, already very pleased with the results! Visage is a beautiful clinic and the staff are awesome. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in the door.

What an amazing and pleasant team. I have nothing but positive things to say about Visage Clinic. Dr. Esmail is very kind and informative. He answered all of my questions and took the time to show me the expected outcome of the procedure I was inquiring about. He went over all of the options and discussed any concerns I had about the information I received from him. He did not make me feel rushed or silly for asking so many questions. Most of all he was honest with me about what type of results each approach would yield. That was important for me. I did not feel pressured about anything during my consult with him.

His staff team was a pleasure to deal with, they greeted me with a smile and made me feel very comfortable in their clinic. This is a stark difference from other cosmetic clinics I have visited in the past. I can not leave out how beautiful the ambiance in the clinic is. Very posh and luxurious, just how it should be!
