I have purchased a large amount of items from this Visions store over the years and have never been disappointed with the products or services they offer. Staff are knowledgeable, helpful/caring, and try to provide the best price. And the warranty is of traffic value.

I recently had one problem with a faulty purchased product and the Visions team (including manager) was fast, easy, and efficient to come up with a solution that met expectations.

Visions continues to be my exclusive store to purchase audio and video.

Brought in a few Ukrainian people I know that are new to the country to sign up for phone plans ($45).

They didn't correctly go over the information and resulted in $85 contracts.

After 1.5 months of being patient and promises to fix it, with weekly extensions, they failed to help these kids.

These are people who have fled with nothing, and are not in the position to pay the extra money.

Save yourself the trouble and do not go here, and if you do, ask questions otherwise you will end up paying an extra $51 a month after tax for your phone.

I've been going here for over 20 years, but the past few interactions have been pushing me to find a new company. Called yesterday to enquire about picking up a web order, the rep on the phone, at the st. James location didn't listen to my question, when I repeated it, he spoke over me, didn't get the question again and hung up on me. I called back 3 times to only have my call ignored/hung up on. I then drove down to the Regent location to ask the question and the rep there couldn't be bothered to actually look into my enquiry. I called the 1 888 number for online orders, and it didn't matter what option I chose, or how much time passed between me trying to call back, the wait time was always 13 minutes and 20 minutes into the hold time, no one picked up. If your looking to be sold stuff by a sales person, this is a good place to go. Amazon would offer better customer support and perhaps it's not best on this case to support "local".

Every time I shop at Visions, I find great deals, friendly customer service, and have an all around great experience. I keep coming back and they're the first place I look for all my electronics needs.

Please Stay away from Vision Pembina especially the assistant store manager BRAYDEN. I was promised a certain price on a TV I was looking to buy. They promised that when I came in to buy the TV that I would get the TV at a certain price. However, when I arrived they did not honour their word and wanted to charge me more than $100 then they had promised me.
I am disappointed with their customer service and their inability to keep their promise. They couldn’t even deliver me the TV on time. I was going back and forth to their store for 6 times. And the store manager Shawn didn’t take an responsibility. Go to other vision in the city but avoid Visions at pembina. Mr SHAWN is horrible with his customer service. They just used me to get their end of the month sales target, to get the bonus. I have my receipts and I will report this incident to better business bureau.

Ali was great! When he helped us order appliances for our new home, he always had our needs in mind. One piece of appliance was delayed and he offered to deliver it to our place personally. It was a pleasure to purchase items from this Visions and we will definitely be back when we need electronics and appliances.

Don’t deal with assistant manager Brayden or the store manager Sean, went to get an item, was told I would be pay x amount when I was coming to pick it up. Once I showed up they were telling the price cannot be honoured and I would have to pay the full amount.i said that is not what we discussed and I had to come In store multiple times and still left without the product due to the pricing not being honoured. Got a refund (thankfully, seems some aren’t as lucky) for the portion I did pay and then walked. This is not how a business should run. This is shady and also unprofessional.

I have been a constant customer over the years I have purchased 6,7 TVs probably 6 or 7 amps and many speakers and more from both locations at st James and Pembina.

I purchased a tv off Liam last year and he provided me his cell phone number and said let me know if you ever need anything else.

I TXT him a few times and inquire about prices on a few things, and ordered speakers, followed up with him once a week for 3 weeks, he responded with

He doesn't appreciate being bombarded with my MSG and feels it's a privilege to have his number!

Excuse me it's a privilege to earn my business!

You don't get to decide when it's convenient for you to make a sale but then not want to be bothered with good quality after sales customer service.

I won't be dealing with him and question if I continue doing business with Visions!

Great service here. I believe the young man's name was Braden. No pressure sales and I gave him the amount I wanted to spend with high expectations (specs) on the unit and he delivered. Very happy would go here any time I need electronics

I had a great experience working with Sean and his staff. He helped me find all my new appliances for my new kitchen. I also got a TV and sound bar. As I was looking I was never pushed to the most expensive TV's, just the ones that fit my budget. Everyone in the store that helped me answered any question I had.
