Not a clinic they don’t have doctors at all & only one nurse; that’s basically false advertisement

WRHA website said they were open until 4pm and so does their own voicemail. I arrived and they are closed the whole weekend. Not surprising since a doctor here previously prescribed me the wrong medication TWICE for no reason other than carelessness. Really try to go somewhere else if you can.

Every time I've gone I've received thorough and top notch treatment. I cannot speak highly enough of their medical professionals. The only downside is that they often don't have much staff and even though I've shown up right at their opening time, couldn't get in because they were already full.

Very rude frontline staff and the nurse I seen was very ignorant in public health matters.
My experience here definitely contributed to my ever-growing lack of faith in Winnipeg’s health care system.
What are we going to do about it?

We were in their walk-in clinic on Sunday mid day. The entrance was confusing, the front door was locked, so figured out to go from the back. There was supposed to be a security person on the main floor, but it was empty, so we went directly to the clinic floor. I think because we had Covid like symptoms, we were put in the doctors room right away, so to avoid a contact in the waiting room. We spent 1.5 hours waiting to be seen! That is negative. But the appointment itself was great for a walk-in. Nurse practitioner listened to all the symptoms, was very knowledgeable, made physical exam to check and confirm what we said. Then she called in a doctor who also checked everything and they explained that we did not need antibiotics after all. We've been into many clinics before with similar symptoms and never had such a good service and check up and I guess we were given antibiotics just cause, which is not good for your body

They refused service during operating hours for my baby sick.
Happened twice!
And didn’t update my address even if I gave it several times

Staff are friendly and the nurse practitioner is very helpful! Ive been here a couple times and definitely recommend! They really take time to care for you and listen!
