Walmart Photo Centre

This Walmart has gone downhill HARD. It's often messy, everything is everywhere but nowhere near where it's meant to be, and the staff are unhelpful and just have a thundercloud over their heads. You can tell by the way they stand around on their phones and have absolutely no manners, and a reluctance to help, that they hate their job. Overall Walmart still has very realistic prices. There is however a couple of workers here that work the check out and they are very kind. I usually try to get in line to be helped by them but usually they're always there. (I pay cash, so I don't use self checkout.) and there's only one or two check out lanes available.

Went here for a passport photo and the lady who helped my husband and I was fantastic! She was professional, friendly and just very good! The price was not horrible compared to other places. The service was fast too. I would definitely recommend or come back if I needed to.

Passport Photos for Canadian and International passport.yeah, right. Wanted one to renew my British passport, but it appears that their interpretation of international only extends to the U. S so if that's the case then why not just put for Canadian and US passports as having international on the poster is very misleading.
I was so disappointed with the service. But luckily London Drugs were accommodating, they deserve the 5 stars and unfortunately I can't give Walmart Photo Centre zero stars as it's not an option

Ordered a calender and paid in which they told me they had no calendars left. I said I’d wait a week and they said they would call me to tell me when it was ready and they never did

My experience is awesome. I took a passport for my daughter's PR card and it was rejected. I returned to the centre and the lady on the desk was very polite and re-snapped the picture without paying a dime. The customer service was topnotch.

Google says the photo centre is open until 11. A paper in their door says 6. Make it make sense.

The window show $13 for Canadian Passport photo, but actually close $40. Please Please change $13 to $40, please don't deceive customers

Very kind and helpful staff. They still maintain all covid protocols. Social distancing, mask, sanitisation.

Untrained and unpolite staff. They were charging me more than the price listed for a photo print. I had to complain, and even so, they were trying to charge me more, telling that it was the price "in the system". I insisted, and they charged me a cheaper value, because they could not find the right photo code. I said it was cheaper, and they said it was ok. Until.when it was time to pick it up, the other attendant was complaining about the wrong value, I explained what happened, and he spoke with me in a harsh way, as I was the wrong person, and threw my print in the balcony saying "you can have it". Totally unprofessional.
