Worst customer service.

5 star because of a great customer service from Walmart employees "Maham" and "Yash" regarding my bicycle purchase.

To me staff who work for an organization dictate what to expect, I am an immigrant from India myself, and by no means trying to make a racist comments but when you step in Walmart and ALL you see is staff wondering around in groups speaking in Hindi or Pinjabi, Do NOT care about addressing your questions or concerns or if they do its bare minimum, sometimes make fun of shoppers in their native language and laugh, then you agree to the fact that something is big time wrong.

This Walmart is rough in general, dread when I have to stop here, but the eye centre specifically is a waste of your time and money.the ppl are super nice but I had to send my glasses back 3 times for them to align them properly and they still weren't right.wouldn't go back here regardless, that's too much of a struggle to be able to see.train your employees to do their job right or don't have them work there.not to mention in general there are never any registers other than self check open, which ends up lined to the back of the building.and no more baskets, which is a HUGE accessibility issue. I was using a cane and cannot push a cart, so good luck trying to get any groceries without being able to carry anything.

I visited this store last 7 years I have never ever problem like that I use self checkout I pay for all items the one big fat guy he came to on parking lot he told me I didt pay for soil I show him receipts I pay for it but he was argument with me when I show him he said this price is not correct. I tell him this is bard code I use I didt do anything I feel so harassment, there so many people look at me. I feel so bad.this is what time of customer. I ma not sure about his name put he is big harassment, guys Indian

This review is for the employees today that had to deal with the group of teenagers.disrespecting and disturbing the store. You did great and I'm sorry you had to deal with that.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
Self check out only. Staff are rude & ignorant they watch you scan your items, then they come up to you and go through your bag saying you didn’t scan items. They have a phone device that is a Copy of the register you are using so they know the items you scan. She never apologized for accusing me of not scanning my items which were all scanned she just walked away. I told her not all customers are thieves and she ignored me. Also the prices are not cheaper anymore. Shelves still empty. I’ll shop Canadian stores from now on. Shame on you Walmart.

Terrible service from electronics. First I called the store to see if they had a specific item. I was immediately told "nope don't carry that". I had a feeling they were wrong so I made a trip to the store.and I was right. They had the item in stock. Pretty poor customer service when they don't care enough to check for an item.or just don't know what they carry in the small area

One of their employees was recording me. And when I confronted him about it he ran away so I couldn't see his name. Then I'm assuming your loss provention officers followed me out to my vehicle and continued to either record me or take down my licence plate. I already don't like supporting Walmart, definitely won't be back.

I was in the middle of checking out my groceries in the self checkout and i turn around and an employee is taking off with my cart.wasn’t done scanning, wasn’t even on the pay screen.not sure where she went but i didn’t have the time to track down where half my groceries went.horrible experience every time i go

I am giving Walmart 1 star. First, I will state my criticisms. I have often found it very dirty and crowded especially in the food sections with too many people congregating there not wearing masks and following social distancing protocols. Walmart needs to do a better job in its safety measures, maybe limiting the number of shoppers in tge food section at one time. Produce and items are also haphazardly arranged on shelves that you have to constantly hunt for things in the aisles. The food is also not fresh especially the vegetables and the meat compared with Sobeys and Superstore. It looks as if the produce as been sitting forever on the shelves. The meat and rice are also not of the same quality as other places.

I will say I still go to Walmart when buying shoes and clothing accessories as they are cheaper than many of the other stores.

Great store very clean & well managed good friendly staff. Large store entrance on the North side is open for Covid19 Shutdown the mall's entrance is closed so parking is at the North lots only!

Nice place to find house hold items appliances. Also the staff are friendly and helpful. Good to go with friends as well

The most annoying part of this shop is everytime they will ask if I want to apply for their Credit card. Today I was paying for my groceries on self checkout to avoid in person interaction due to COVID. Two of the employee reached me out from back for the same reason. One of them came pretty close, closer than the social distance they need to maintain, although they were wearing masks. How ever this happens next time I will certainly complaint to the proper authority that, the store is purposely not following the social distancing rules to sell their credit card.also does not honor personal space. So unprofessional.

They offer inconsistent customer service and selection, especially with their online grocery pick up. The last associate who brought out my groceries wore their mask improperly with their nose and mouth exposed. Half of the produce I ordered was rotten and frozen food products were thawed and refrozen again. Thinking twice about shopping here.

I like the self serve! And I like that I don't have to put a looney in the carts rn. Kinda nice.

TERRIBLE PHARMACY SERVICE
I have my pharmacy prescriptions done at this location (Winnipeg - St Vital Super center) for the last 10 years. Today (Oct 18 12: 00 noon) I had the most TERRIBLE experience: I pre-ordered over the phone my refill medication and I show up my self at the right time – Not only was not complete I have to wait one more hour until the pharmacist (lady) and two assistants had figured out the correct meaning of the prescription and.the correct pricing (first time the charged 10 times more the correct price and then I have to wait another 15 minutes for them to understand the correct pricing) – Contemplating to transfer to another pharmacy, however I HOPE this is not the ONLY team working at this place.

Found it bad timing to start charging for carts. Why handle more change than necessary during a pandemic? The staff also breathed down our neck as we tried to scan our groceries. Then they would step away and whisper about us and then move closer again. I was stressed out the whole time and felt like we had done something wrong.

Worst experience ever in Wal-Mart.
No value for customer's time.

St. Vital Walmart rocks! They disinfect carts and baskets also have a hand sanitation table set up at entrance along with more wipes if you want to wipe down your cart again just to be safe.

It’s so good place too shop. Very friendly staff with the best customer service. During this pandemic staffs are working hard and making sure they are taking precautions for each and every customer. They are providing mask for the customer how doesn’t have one and also not to forget to mention about the hand sanitizer. They also have the staff in the checkout station where they make help to the customer. Good job

Usually has what were we're looking for, staff can be helpful but hard to find sometimes. Management is sometimes rude. The one thing that bugs me is when I'm trying to get a staff members attention and they are standing around talking in a different language to other associates. I find it very unprofessional.

Greeter told us mall was open until 11pm.but it wasn't.we had to walk outside the mall ro opposite side to get to our vehicle. 10 minutes.and it's zero outside

I look at Walmart website st vital, it says tire & lubes is open 9-5 on Sunday, then called customer service to double check.they said the same thing its open.when I got on the store it's close.called the customer service again, they said it's close on Sunday's, they just haven't change it yet.and their sorry? ! Really? When you decide to update your website, try to update your customer service too.

Busy but that's expected. The aisles were messy. I went to look for some yarn and the area was mostly empty and what was there was completely unorganized. The customers could use some training on how to treat a service dog.

Online order and no one answers phone! Waiting and calling for over 20 mins. May as well have gone in and ordered. This service needs major attention!

Busy as usual for a Saturday. I found what I was looking for. The only problem was l was looking for work shoes.l don't know who the genius was that desided that small sizes should go on the top shelf and larger ones on the bottom but.the bigger the shoe size generally indicates a taller person right. Just something to think about. I had to climb the shelves to get what I needed because as usual know one was around. I do not go to the self check outside because we all need to be employed right.

Took forever to get served in electronics. The cell phone guys ignored several of us in line. Assistant Manager finally served us. Unprofessional and unacceptable

Good selection and customer service was fantastic. Very busy but lines moved quickly. As for the other shoppers? Typical of walmart. Bot all but more then normal ppl that cutting you off in parking lot, blocking isles and just rude in general.

I recognize it's a business like ALL businesses. Tired of poor organizational mgmt decisions always being dumped hard on consumer. I used to love going here. I now only do if I have to. The carts costing a Looney with not enough baskets available are the final straw for this shopper. Its like they are trying to discourage shopping. Put lock brakes on the carts if ppl are stealing the carts like other stores. Or provide more baskets.

Longest wait in history! Over 20 mins before it was my turn at check out.ridiculous.
This is the second time I have waiting a stupid length of time.

There was only 1 cashier on & it was super busy! It's a long weekend! I had to go ask the manager to put another cashier on. Won't be shopping there again!

Really disappointed with this Walmart now. They got rid of the express checkouts along with the employees working them and replaced them with self checkouts.
Last time I checked, I am not an employee of Walmart, they have never given me a paycheck, but now I have scan and bag my own items. To top it off they have locked up their shopping carts. In this day and age of paying interac for pretty much everything I rarely carry any money on me.

Honestly, it would be nice to be able to find an employee in grocery section when you can't find something. Either because its poorly marked or because they don't stock shelves.
Today, needed 3 items.
I was looking for water chestnuts. Finally tracked an employee down and she looked at me like she didnt know what they were. She then said i know what they are, they should be in.the canned aisle.
Another set of eyes great.
She just looked and said oh we must be out.
. Umm show me where on the shelf they would have been.
I walked out with nothing after that. Such a waste of my time.
