No fitting rooms! Really!
Store is usually dirty, messy & not appealing in the least.
Total lack of pride. Embarrassed to have that as our local Walmart. Only shop there if absolutely necessary. Shame I have to drive to another part of the city to try on clothes.

Horrible service at cashier at Walmart (. Regent Ave) then I went to customer service to complain about cashier, however supervisor Kamal behaved inappropriately too. There was Teacher’s appreciation from August 10,2023 to August 23 for 10% off on items. I went on August 19,2023. I did grocery over 300 dollars. I have shown my Teacher’s ID and driver’s licence to them however they clearly denied to owner Walmart’s permotion.

Disgusting, dirty and all around gross. Why can't we have clean Walmarts like the US where people actually care! Just sad

I will never be shopping at the store ever again. In the past the store used to be good, but as of late the level of incompetency from the staff is atrocious, so I am not recommending anyone to shop at this location. Go elsewhere and I’m sure you’ll find better service!

My wife and I have been using this Walmart as our home base store for years.
Unfortunately this will be changing soon.
The Walmart Regent has declined in appearance and service so drastically that we will no longer be shopping there.
The parking lot especially in front of the store is covered in litter.
The store no longer has changing rooms. Instead the staff assures you that you can return any garments that do not fit, and when you try to do so you find that the customer service counter is closed at 8: 00 pm even though the store is open until 10pm.
The store is in disarray such as clothing not folded or intems abandoned in random spots. I do not believe this is caused entire by customers, but the lack of servicing.
I used the restroom while I was there and the state of the facilities were atrocious.
It's sad to see a neighborhood staple decline in such a way.
Unfortunately these are the reasons that we will no longer be using this store and I urge people to find another Walmart or store until this one can be addressed.

I had an excellent experience in the Walmart electronics/photo department last week Thursday I asked for help with downloading my photos and going through the steps to get them printed. The staff person was very polite, respectful and helpful. When I brought my receipt to the desk to have the photos actually developed, I was pleasantly surprised to have another staff person tell me that he didn't have any orders at the moment so would be able to fill my order immediately. I was thoroughly impressed and grateful for the excellent and friendly service.

No one was wiping down the self check out machines after each use. I'm pretty sure every store I've been to has been doing this.

Walmart on Regent is a great place to shop. I had ask a question to this young girl Larissa, and she was so polite and knew where the item was right away. She even showed me where it was.

There employees beat people with disabilities and they do nothing about it, the store manager knows. How disgusting. I hope you shop at literally any other wallmart. Garbage of a store

I was there today and a lady named Larissa was great to me. She was very knowledgeable of the store and questions I had. She deserves a raise.

Horrible experience, Manager is extremely rude and wastes your time. Security is laughable unless they "Think" you stole something. One female Employee was extremely rude and condescending to me. Avoid this Walmart at all costs

This location is very busy. Always line up on checkouts. But mostly checkouts are closed only few are open.

1 star is too much for this store, just renovated this store and already looking like prior to renovations. Never enough cashier's on, empty carts everywhere in the store. Won't be going there anytime in the near future

I’m boycotting Walmart, I’m never recommending anyone to shop at these places they discriminate against people, and they hurt disabled people!

Walmart on regent is one of the rudest stores I have ever been too. This is not a one time situation. This store is constantly belittling their customers. Accusing them of theft that never happened and are just plain rude. I have witnessed this so often that I am disgusted. I will never shop at Walmart again. It is getting a bad name. And since us customers are the reason you are even open. Good luck in the future.

Let too many teenagers in there when they’re not even buying stuff, screaming slurs and cuss words and it’s so disturbing.glad i don’t have kids to bring there

Good prices and typically in stock but the worst service ever. Most employees are not interested in helping people or being friendly. Seems like they absolutely hate their jobs. And nobody is cross trained which is understandable but either staff each department or train everyone.

Staff need to keep their hands to themselves. We were looking for an item and one of the employees decided to put his hands where he shouldn't.

Customer service despicable! Unbelievable the people I have spoken to work at the customer service desk. What a disgusting round about experience, where is the training!? I hate this location.

The items were in stock but the people working there weren't able to find it. Terrible customer service.

Can never find anyone to help you, and items they advertise on sale, they dont have on the shelves.

The purpose of this review is to recognize the outstanding service provided by one of the team members, specifically Faezeh, who works as a Manager at the Regent Walmart Supercentre.
In order to rectify a manufacturer's deficiency of a product that I had purchased, she was prompt to resolve the issue and provided me with a viable solution. Throughout our interaction, I found Faezeh’s demeanour to be extremely courteous and exceptionally pleasant. She was very respectful and professional and displayed a dedication to her job, which in my opinion, is second to none.
I would kindly ask that this review be shared with Faezeh’s Supervisors, that the Senior Management within the organization be notified of the outstanding service that was provided by her and that she be formerly recognized for a job well done.

Regent Ave Wal-Mart should be avoided at all costs. They are poorly stocked, if at all in some cases. The store is always crowded and dirty, which would be understandable for such a busy location, but other location seem to do better with the same per capita traffic for store sizes.

With locations like the one nearby on Fermor and another about 10 minutes away at St Vital Mall, there is no reason to subject yourself to shopping here.

I have not been to a Walmart in probably four years and I needed a new DVD player and I made a list of other odds and ends that I could use around my home.
I arrived at 7 AM had excellent help in the electronics department got my DVD and everywhere else I went in the store looking for my items all the staff was friendly and bent over backwards to help me.
I am beyond impressed I think this is the best customer service experience I’ve ever had thank you Regent St, Walmart and keep up the great work.

To management:
You have a rude employee in the electronic department named Manny. We were just asking for a Samsung Smart TV, they don't have one and we ended up buying RCA smart TV. When we were asking Manny, he raised his voice to us and yelled at my friend. I don't recommend doing a transaction with Manny, his kind of attitude does not belong to a retail store / customer service which is a really important aspect in his job.

I love this particular Walmart.

Minus one star just for a huge mess with garbage and cigarette butts on the left side from the entrance. Wasn't cleaned for months.

Worst customer service ever. The owner/manager of the store doesnt know how to treat the customers. These type of people will bring down company standards and reputation.

These people never answer the phone then you go in and they are all standing around doing nothing

This store doesn't get day one releases. No fault of the staff but a little disappointing when you make plans and the associate seems nonplussed because it's happened before and it's just one of those days

Walmart is Walmart. Great price on tomatoes but when we wanted to purchase a cooking apron we could only find one style, an expensive BBQ apron and no-one around to ask.

This place is always dirty. The electronics and cellular employees like to hide when they see customers. Sad

The women at the Photo shop was very nice, professional and helpful when getting a photo enlarged and framed. Great service and price.

There was garbage throughout the store, empty Tim Hortons Cups ect.and the shelves seemed disorganized with many products not in their correct places, making it difficult to find items. The women's clothing area was in a state of upheaval. With racks strewn about. Over all not a pleasant shopping experience.

Wal-Mart always has great deal.they also have instore sale prices. So if you dont go in you wont see them. That's the catch.

Less than one star. After I work all night and stop in to pick up a few things, I should not have to use a self check out, after all I do not work for Walmart. Further more I believe in keeping people employed so will never use a self checkout

They treat their customers like criminals. I wasn’t allowed to leave cosmetics unless I paid for the item I got. Then when I went back for the basket the lady very obviously craned her neck to check my empty basket. I was watched like a hawk as I moved around the store. Then when I went through the very last checkstand by the ‘security’ jerk having seen me pay, he demanded my receipt and went through all my stuff including asking to see the purchases I’d put in my purse. Like major invasion to ask to see inside a woman’s purse. I was told ‘it’s policy ma’am’. Firstly, don’t call women ma’am anymore! Second, if it’s policy how come you’re the only Walmart that treats people this way? They deserve zero stars. They are the only Walmart in the city that have been that horrible to me for no just reason. News flash Walmart, a majority of people are decent, so don’t treat us like the minority who are shoplifting. I will avoid this Walmart with great effort (and it’s 2 minutes from home for me), I’ll choose to drive to St Vital. Bye Felicia.

This store on regent needs cleanup in dressing rooms The produce needs a major training up grade. Some aisles need broom.

Stop the receipt checkpoints. Potentially unconstitutional and slows down people. I also see it as a form of harassment. You guys have advanced cameras, there's no need.

Very disappointed. Ì bought an 8 piece bed in a big and only have 3 pieces in it. Price was wrong or placed in wring spot. Self checkout only available. I'm very upset. Ì live out of town now will have to make an extra trip to return it tomorrow!

Store was very unappealing: unfriendly and unhelpful staff, shelves of stock in disarray, ladies' washroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned or restocked in days. Will not be returning. Ever.

It was good. Just dont like being bothered by security on way out the door. Not sire why he or she is there. They dont look in ur stuff. Just delay u so they can put a mark on ur reciept. Makes no sense.

You need more staff. No one in jewelry dept. It shows.empty.watch boxes. Guess someones stealing them. On a rack of about 50 watch bands there was only 1.so whomever does ordering id not doing their job.

I remember when Walmart first opened in Canada.stores were well stocked, and you didn't have to walk all over to find someone to help you. Now the stores are discusting.very dirty, baby department is a disaster. I can't believe management has no stepped in and resolved this ongoing issue. When you visit a Walmart in the USA it's a totally different experience.

Great selection, great prices. Takes a while to find certain items. Crowded, and a little dark inside.

Had the worse experience of my life, I was walking out I was asked to show my receipt for the stuff I had in my bags i told him if i wasnt gonna miss my bus i wouldn't mind but i said i never purchased nuthing i was looking for sumthin they didnt have.missed my bus made a big scene embarrassed me I'll never go n shop at Walmart EVER

Store Clerk in electronics was too busy to help today he was putting games away. I guess it's too hard to notice people in line and help the customer first. Usually it's a better experience.

Have been horrible about keeping up on stock. I hate having to go back three or four times to finish my groceries.

I could find what I shop for all the time. The parking lot could be cleared better in winter and maybe have a spot for loading and unloading so vehicles do not get stuck waiting on other people.
