I accidentally stole someone parking space (we were competing for the space and I sort of slid in their abruptly, the exact same thing just happened to me and I was in a rush) it's the holidays as well so of course it's busy and people are competing for spots, doesn't serve anyone right to do this

So that person who I was competing with decides to egg my car

I spoke to Navi the grocery manager and he would not compensate me (it's Walmart property, they threw Walmarts eggs)

I will be coming to the store this Wednesday to speak to the store manager for compensation as not only is this unacceptable behaviour but Walmart is responsible as it is their parking lot AND it was my BIRTHDAY but of course their is no compassion or empathy (they have yet to call me back I left a msg and apparently managers are in meetings)

If they do not compensate me I will seek justice as it cost me $30 to detail my car and Walmart is the most successful grocery store on the planet they should have better customer service.

Worked here a while; would not say I got much experience considering the "part time flex" hours, which is actually casual work. 20 hours a month, if you're lucky. Karen and Cathy are both the loveliest managers I have ever worked with, and this store does not deserve them. If it weren't for them I would have quit much, much earlier. Barry, the owner/manager of the store, needs to fire at least half of their staff, and put the remaining ones on part or full time.

Do not apply here unless you have no other options. They hire hundreds of people and give them next to no hours, instead of hiring a few people full time. Absolutely ridiculous.

Had a wonderful experience at Walmart today, they were out of 1 litre chocolate milks (3 for 4) and Barry the manager happened to be by us and honored 2L for 2 dollars. We just wanna say thank you so much we appreciate that and will definitely be continuing our grocery shopping there.

WOMEN Named “PARDEEP” with glasses has unnecessary attitude. We forgot to bring coin to open the cart, requested her twice if she has the key or if she can ask someone to help us open the cart. She was standing at the entrance along with the security guard yesterday (Sunday sep 4). She refused to move from there or even ask someone if they had keys. Fortunately we asked other employee and she did help us. But pardeep Looked like she didn’t even wanted to try or help.

Store has reduced hours to close at 10, which is their prerogative. They stop all live cashiers at 9: 45 so you can either leave your items behind or provide free labor.

Kudos to Manager Karen and the Filipina girl at the Customer Service a while ago who helped me purchase an inflatable water slide that was not on display. They went their way to look for it inside (back of the store) and got me one. My kids were truly happy and super enjoyed their slide today.

It's a Walmart. Gets the job done. Everyone is friendly employee wise and the floor walkers arent that noticeable lol which means they aren't obvious or obnoxious. But even the ones who are are just doing their jobs keeping the prices down. Security and floorwalkers I got nothing against because I have nothing to hide and I don't have a massive chip on my shoulder about my indigenous identity; thinking ppl just doing their jobs are after me lol. Obviously some can be over the top or may even step over the line but that's rare and I've seen them follow and look at all ppl, not focused on one group js

Very bad experience today and they don't answer the phone and have no email contact.
Bought the wrong headset. Still factory sealed less than 24 hours later bring to return. Turns out it's all sales final. Customer service is insulting me with their " there are signs everywhere" comments. She said " 4 signs" I said no there aren't. Staff don't tsay anything either. There is no way of knowing this policy. She said the signs are on the shelf. She insisted they are everywhere. I would have not bought this unit had I known, in case it was the wrong one for my kid. I have no issue with a policy, but it needs to be clear. After 3 calls to different people they returned them. Then I went to electronic area, took a photo of the area.not ONE sign. Anywhere. Completely stressful experience for no reason. Very disrespectful. Lack of staff training. Do not buy electronic devices there unless you're ok with the no return policy. Yet the guy next to me returned pants he had tried on. It's a little ridiculous. Then finally they opened the factory sealed package! Why? Now nobody will buy them. Very bad experience.

I do enjoy shopping at Walmart early morning with fewer people inside. But it seems that if you go early in the morning the shelves are still empty or being worked on so sometimes they do not have the product out or do not have the product.

Good sales on home goods.
Isles with boxed product not neat at all.
Staff not very polite.
The younger help, I asked where a paper shredder would be I was told in stationary.
And she walked away.
Found the shredder too expensive.
Bought one on Amazon for half the price.

Its a go to for lowest prices and large inventory. Typical wallyworld tactic of not employing ample amounts of tellers to try force you to use self check out. Otherwise lower than average prices compared to the other big ticket grocery outlets. Ample parking, indoor cart storage.

Excellent, staff at five stars didnt have the computer desk I wanted in store, so the store clerk directed me I options for online purchase, and store options for quick pick up.

Desk is one star.had to go to home depot just to get alright parts so the top could be put on.then a week later it was finally together, and today because I gave an honest review, walmart rejected my one star review of the product.

So I'm posting it here.do not buy this desk

Awful.manufacturer is a simpleton.and walmart review does not allow freedom of speech.

Where the silver bolt is seen on this desk is where I had to go to home depot to get extra parts so the top would be able to out on or the desk would have had no functionality with the bolts that came with it.

Wrong parts -Instructions-Awful deskDo not buy! Missing parts, and wrong instructions! The desk did not come with enough M8×40 bolts for the top of the desk. I ended up having other bolts that came with the desk set that did not even fit the desk top, to get the desk top part on, I had to go to depot to get m8×40 bolts that luckily fit in to the top of the desk to add the final desk part on, this desk it great other than that issue, but since it did not come with the right parts I dont reccomend anyone else order this, and.in fact for even having wrong parts, along with wrong instructions, because there is no way those little 8×36 screws ever would have it says do fit to fasten together the top of the desk. I even feel like requesting a refund.

I bought a chest freezer and it just barely didn't fit in my car. They were kind enough to hold it overnight, so I could come back the next day in a different vehicle.

Unbelievable found online that they had a specific Chromebook that I wanted to buy it was advertised as 235.99 not available online but available in the store so I go to the store they won't have it for that price they only have it for $299 and won't even match it and I said so I guess that's bad advertising false advertising and the supervisor just nodded her head terrible terrible service. Absolutely false advertising on their part and they don't even stand behind their own prices

Line ups to check out are way too long. Not enough tills open. Also, was loading 6 bags of water softener salt into my cart while 3 employee stood there talking, no one offered to help.

I was disappointed because I went into the women's clothing section. There was a sales person putting clothes on hangers. I asked her about sizing and she said she didn't know. No I'm sorry, no I'll find out for you. It was a simple I don't know!

Carry on buckets to pick up grocery are too dirty in this location. They should clean it before handing it over to the customer.

Lady at self check out section need proper training.i was there 28 june 2021, at 10: 30pm. She was old lady, good racist but poor in customer service. Walmart's system was down for payment and she started blaming me that ur card is not good. Its a request please remove these kind of people from the location and hire new employes who know how to talk with customers.

I tried calling customer service from the last 2 months at least twice a week not answering. I guess they don't care if somebody wants to inquire about anything. All the stores are taking returns accept Walmart. I will never shop here again.

Update, I tried calling Customer Service, the phone rang for 10 minutes no answer, hung up and tried again. Same results! Wanted to confirm Garden Center hours were still from open to 11pm as indicated on the website. When I got to this location it was closed, no signs stating the hours anywhere. The Customer Service desk was closed and no one inside could tell me anything. Wasted my time and gas! When I got back to my car, I asked someone outside and they told me they close at 7pm now. For wasting my time and no help from any staff, star down to 3.

This location is one of the better lications. Contrary to what some people have said, this store is clean and the fruit and vegetables are fresher than Safeway, Superstores and some small corner stores. Never seen any sort of bugs in the fruit and vegetables. There are plenty of staff walking around to assist you, you just have to wait your turn.

The walmart staff is not cooperative. I went their with my friend and i had some spine injury due to which i need her help but the employe did not listen she just keep on saying one person per household. She refues to help either she ignored us. She was so rude.

I like that Walmart has lots of variety and good prices but this time I was quite disappointed because the produce was in rough shape, all the white and red onions were rotting, so were the dragon fruits. Most bell peppers were wrinkly and at the dairy section of the store the milk shelves were dripping some suspicious white liquid, that I'm assuming is a milk carton that's damaged.

Called customer service 2 times regarding pickup orders on a Instant Pot. They put me on hold, asked what I was waiting for, then told me to wait and put on hold. Kept waiting, only for the phone to continuing ringing with the typical waiting call music to continue until 9 mins into the call, they hang up. I get that the pandemic is making services on high demand but at least manage how you do it decent, not just outright hang up on your customers.

Did pickup. Still waiting on hold while I type this. Staff ignored us when outside while we tried to ask why no one would answer the phone. No one is answering or bringing out the groceries I ALREADY PAID FOR. Employees are writing on social media they won't fill orders during the week now. Nsd service. Also, gave me a bag of rotten apples last time I did online pickup.

I went here yesterday (Jan 4 2021, around 4: 30 4: 45pm. I walked in and I wanted to get a shopping cart. Realizing I had no loonie, I noticed a Filipino associate ask one of the cart guys a key to unlocking the shopping cart. So I kindly asked her, would you please unlock a cart for me. She very rudely says you have to pay for the shopping cart and walked away. Whatever happened to "Welcome to your Mcphilips Walmart how may I help you"? Nope all I got was you have to pay for a shopping cart and walks away. As I was shopping in Walmart, I seen many customers with a "free" cart. I'm hoping Eric Payne sees this review.

I bought Gobi (Cauliflower) from this place. And there was a very big keeda in the packed gobi. I will not buy gobi again from here.

I went to this Walmart to buy something. WAS Doing my checkout at self checkout area. There was one Chinese lady name Lydia was standing right behind me all the time u was doing my checkout. Very bad manners. No knowledge. Supposed to buy a jacket but there was no bar code. She said she will check it just wait for 2 minutes. I was literally waiting over there for 20 minutes. She did not come. Nobody has this much time to waste at this Walmart. They don't know how to work especially that lady.

Electronics have poorest customer service. Manager Marvin is head over heals his ego is way bigger than his work ethics. Even after telling by customer service rep he refused to return a phone and wasted my ton of time.

Staff avoiding me when I ask for help finding something or help with product knowledge. I feel ignored. When trying to approach one of the workers in toys section, she just quickly went to another aisle and disappeared in the back room / stock room. I waited and waited then saw her come out of another door and avoided me again.

Over 45 minutes to pickup my online order. I called 2 times to make sure they knew I was here. Delivery associates are lost, coming to all the cars looking for their customer.like yo.you ask my name, what stall.why you got these folks running around to every single car looking for someone.
And why I gotta wait so long. Guaranteed my frozen foods I bought inside are thawed out now. Thanks a bunch.

Online shopping at walmart.ca is a nightmare! Was trying to do curb side pick up and somehow ordered pick up instead and now its shipping to the walmart for me to pick it up for jan 8th.which is way past xmas so makes it pointless.and i cant even cancel the order.i have to wait until it gets here and then go and get a refund at the store or mail it back.boy do i regret ordering online! So confusing

We went late in the evening to avoid the crowds and while the store overall was not crowded, the line-ups to pay were crazy.

They had very few tills open and a single line-up down the main aisle from which the shoppers were then distributed to the regular till areas. The problem being, there were only a few tills open so the line was crazy and bunched up.

At this point we opted for the self check-out. This was worse. They have 2 large sections but for some reason had only one section open, so everyone was bunched up in a line and then sandwiched in right next to each other till to till. If they just opened up the other section we would have been able to self distance and not be on top of each other.

My guess is they would need a extra staff to make this adjustment, and did not want to spend the money. This is of course understandable as Walmart is a small Mom & Pop operation, who I'm sure are barely able to stay afloat in this economy.

Come on Walmart, spend a few extra dollars, schedule some extra employees and allow us to shop for our essentials while being able to socially distance.

Always more price than the Superstore. If someone lost their receipt they never take out the duplicate receipt even the person have transaction number. This policy is very disappointed. When I asked the staff for the receipt she got mean and rude. If anyone go to another store like IKEA or Best Buy etc. They always take out the duplicate receipt even six months old.

We went for return. We lost the receipt in another Walmart. But the staff was very rude and mean when i ask them for take out duplicate receipt. They said we can’t do this. This is not fair. If you have have transaction number then why they don’t make the duplicate receipt.

Long story short.item rang up a different price then advertised. Staff Wouldn't let us void or take to customer service. She called manager. We decided the head ache wasnt worth the $8. Went to leave.staff physically hit me and grabbed me in self check out. Her co worker pulled her off, security watched and the manager asked me to leave. I called to ask who the staff was that grabbed me and the managers response was to call the cops.
I did. You can not put your hands on a customer. I did nothing to warrant an assault.
Never will I return and will likely press charges.
