Walmart Supercentre

Not happy with the customer service provided by one of the floor representative. Her name is prabdeep. She was not answering anything properly. I am happy that another executive came and start helping me get the cycle today.

Great place for doing groceries. They offer reasonable prices and have a great selection of international groceries. Plus, the added convenience of having a McDonald's inside the store is a bonus. Additionally, in front of the the Walmart store provides ample parking space for shoppers.

Will never go to this store again. Nice staff and decent prices but not worth running the gauntlet of scary people hanging around outside the store. There are police INSIDE the store but that's no comfort. Avoiding this place for life.

Worst walmart ever. Never of any cashiers, and self check out has no scan guns for the customers forced into being walmarts unpaid cashiers. That way you can take all the heavy stuff in and out of your cart multiple times. Good job Walmart making it easy for your unpaid laborers just trying to bu supplies.

This Walmart is the worst for customer service the absolute worst. There is everything all over place. Found a bed bug so never going back. Glad I didn't get hired at this disgusting place! Pluse I'm sure they are only hiring a certain type of people from what I see!

This use to be a OK Walmart to go to as it’s centrally located. Be warned, Now it’s super dirty and smells DIRTY as soon as you walk in and continues to smell gross. It wasn’t just the one time, many times and I gave it chance. I will now travel to another Walmart or another store. Refuse to walk Into this Walmart.

Customer service lady was slow and unhelpful. I got the feeling she didn't really know what she was doing.

Lineups are ridiculous during peak hours.

Overall, worst Walmart in Winnipeg so far. I'll drive the extra ten minutes to go to the Kenaston one next time.

I was taking a photo for my passport here, it's very convenient. There are also a lot of delicious products in this store, a lot, I would buy a lot for myself, but I don't have enough money yet.

We were at Walmart Store #3116 yesterday and got an excellent service from Eleni.
She recognized us and even though she is supposed to have her break already she finished our transaction first. This is not our first meeting infact she served us numerous times already but remembered me and my daughter which is really nice. She ask us how was our holiday Very polite and helpful.

Went to pick up a dessert after dinner 2 days ago and they had completely destroyed cakes for sale. After seeing that, I went elsewhere for my after dinner treat.

Im extremely upset. My 71 year old mother was in your store today. She kindly asked the gentleman at the door security guard or door greeter if he could watch her cart as she realized she forgot something in her car. She had her loonie in the cart some groceries already and re reusable bags. He said absolutely. She went to her car to grab what she forgot and entered back in to find her groceries on the floor and her cart gone with her purchased reusable bags. The guy said he tried to stop the person but he couldn't. Which i do understand seeing the world is no longer kind god knows what this person would have done. But my issue is this. The employee helped my mother get a new cart.did help her load the groceries into the cart but now she has no bags for her groceries.come on walmart.security.someone do the right thing either track down the guy that took her bags or replace them for her.she calls me upset and frustrated as she feels unsafe now at Walmart!? Very disappointing.

The last 2 visits I was fortunate to be served by Eleni. She is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I hope Walmart appreciates this great employee.

Store is average but yeah theres a girl name pawanpreet i guess i saw her badge she helped me in finding products for my wife. She is nice and patient So all stars goes to her.

Came here after work because it was faster than going to my local Walmart. Everything in makeup is locked up. Fair but annoying. The washroom was so disgusting. And no toilet paper anywhere. If negative stars were only an option

Always can get what I am looking for but find that people who shop there know the store better than the people who work there as well as well as being nicer. I get that some days can be longer than others, But don't be rude to us and customers.

These guys are back to their old tricks of asking to see receipts for purchases! They have no legal right to ask especially when you are leaving from the cashiers! If they don't stop they will have a lot of backlash again!

Very unorganized, take the time to visit a different Walmart.everything is locked up, dirty, poor customer service.i asked for help and the employee basically ran away.i continued asking and they’d do the same.the website is faulty.products are shown to be in stock on website but aren’t.very clustered store with lots of clearance items.there isn’t as much variety as your typical Walmart.shelves are empty with items being pushed to the front to maintain the look of being full.

Close your eyes, now think "Walmart in Winnipeg" what you're picturing is this Walmart. Pure unorganized chaos. Better off finding a different Walmart.

I always have a bad experience at Walmart. This one is one of the worse ones. There was a sketchy person outside asking weird questions. Other than that its a typical, low quality Walmart. There are much better options than Walmart.

Come for the groceries, stay to watch the natives get caught stealing and loaded into police cars. Always get a good show every time I come here.

This Walmart always has a lot of sketchy people hanging around. I try and spend as little time here as possible.

Too many self checkouts. Not enough cashiers on. Cashiers that are open had huge lines, forcing people to the self checkouts

Don’t come here if you need cosmetics, everything is locked up and no employees to be found around to help unlock or when you do find one they become very annoyed when you ask to have one item taken out. I understand the need for why the locks are there as I work and live in the area, just have someone staffed for that section like every other retail store!

This is for the online department. Worst experience ever.
Ordered a product on April 16th was supposed to be
shipped April 19th. According to the Walmart app my
game was picked and ready to ship. That's where it has
stayed. Forever pending. Two weeks later and I have
spoken with 4 reps through chat, 2 over the phone and
even one manager in person at the Mcphillips location and no one
has a solution for me. Something as simple as honouring
my sales price and allowing me to buy at the store and
return the online one when it finally arrives is no solution
apparently. I am beyond frustrated and extremely
disappointed with the lack of service. Shame on you

Store is a disaster. Do not recommend. If you have to shop at Walmart go to another one. Polo park one is the worst one.
