Walmart Supercentre

One of the worst store to order online grocery. I ordered twice this store and each time order gets cancelled on the day of pick up. If store cannot reserve the items until pick up date then why do they allow customer to do online order? One of the worst store in the city in regards to grocery purchase.

Was disappointed when I arrived at the store at 9: 45 and was told the store closes in 15 minutes and to make it fast! Website says it should be open til 11pm!

Do not shop at this store. It store is absolutely garbage!
Walmart, you have to do a better job at training your employees on your store policies and customer service!
This particular store does not offer customer service. Their associates are simply there for the paycheque. They literally hide from customers and if you are lucky to find one, they never know where anything can be found, citing “it is not their department”.
HALF the self check outs are blocked off and cashiers are barely scheduled to work a register, BUT you can easily find 5 to 6 associates gathered right in front of the cash registers ignoring customers and chatting amongst themselves.
The staff there make up their own rules as they go along. They cite “store policy” and encourage you to check the website, but those policies are nowhere to be found on the website. I guess its easier to say “this is a final sale” rather then actually doing their job or actually educating themselves on store policy.
The customer service associates are illiterate and don't understand the difference between underwear and shorts (referring to shorts as “undergarments”).
Yesterday, I witnessed 7 Walmart associates scream and yell at a customer as they were trying to remove him from the store. I saw the whole thing, beginning to end. They ganged up on him, were screaming at the top of their lungs, scaring customers and creating a scene, while swearing at him to “get the hell out of the store”.
Walmart, you have to invest more time on training your associates on customer service, loss prevention protocol and creating a welcoming environment.
I live in this area, and this particular store was a good store, but lately it's become one of the worst stores in the city to shop at. I rarely shop at this location, as I am disappointed each time I shop there. I prefer to shop at the Kenaston location as their store values and customer service are way better.

Update the store hours. It is not open till 11: 00 PM. The store gets closed at 10: 00 PM.

I purchased a Keurig Coffee machine a month ago and kept the receipt. It stopped working suddenly and Walmart refused to exchange it as Electronics can only be exchanged within 15 days. Really disappointed! Buyers Beware…you might be in for a nasty surprise. I did get satisfaction from Keurig.

Item had a sticker on it sale price or 259 on for 180. Sweet great deal! It rang up at 299 I was not honoured the price

In comparison to all the other branches, this branch is super clean most of the time and the staff are very helpful and polite!

We shop here all the time. Well organized and clean. To my surprise the shelves were all bare. I asked what was going on and one of the workers told us they were disinfecting. They we’re going through the shelves and we’re checking to see if things were chewed and throwing things into a dumpster. Behind the shelving was a line of mouse traps. It would be wise if you put a sign out, instead of people wasting there time when you don’t have anything on the shelves. I understand these things happen, but maybe shut it down so we the public know that our groceries could be contaminated.

Has lots of merchandise and friendly staff. They now close the store at 10: 00p.m. Mondays to Saturdays. I am not happy about this.

Really good service. The funko pops are quite delicious too. The posters are a bit dry though. At least the taste is consistent.

Had a passport photo done last week. They give you something that checks boxes of biometric photo requirements so that it looks like it’s fine, but mine were rejected at the passport office for being too grainy. Such a waste of time there and then to get new ones done and now to try to get a refund. As a review below states, go to the ups in wpg square.

For the walmart staff lady associate Gishira (i hope i pronounce her name right) for being so knowledgeable & efficient in doing my transaction with western union in less than 5 minutes.

A lot of staffs are not competent enough to help a customer with western union transaction.

Gishira is so very professional in explaining clearly the reason why a customer needs to show an ID & debit card when doing a western union transaction. I felt sorry for her & the entire team walmart team with western union getting stricter.

It is always the bad apple who makes the good apples suffer.

I hope both western union & walmart will find a middle ground by not letting the bad apples get away but also keep the good apples happy at the same time.

Terrible experience for returning. I would give 0 star for it. Do not purchase Walmart order from Doordash. They refused to return.

Does no one answer their phone? Tried calling and it rang for five minutes (literally timed it) and no one answered

If you are thinking of getting passport photos done here, DON'T your wasting your time and money because your just going to have to get them retaken. I heard stories of people getting their photos done here but I didn't listen because of the travel I would of done otherwise. Go to the UPS that is in Winnipeg Square! The lady that took my photo was awesome even will retake.

I ordered a deep freeze online took 3+ weeks to arrive I pick it up bring it home it's damaged so I call to ask what they can do for me as I am not a satisfied customer and I don't want to wait another 3 weeks on a new one which could also show up damaged as it's just a large dent and still works but they couldn't even send me a gift card or partial refund.yet in store all damaged goods are discounted.what's the freaking difference other than a waste of time and lots of frustration! TRIPLE CHECK ALL YOUR ORDERS their customer satisfaction is NON EXISTENT!

I had issues with the in-store pickup, where items I ordered online were claimed to be picked up when they never were. I did get refunded after a bit of a run-around, so eh. 'what's done is done'. But I am unlikely to place any more orders for pickup at this location and recommend against others trying it themselves.

Online pick up, so disappointing.
7am slot and they made me wait in the parking for 35 minutes and its still not ready! I am still here waiting.

While wandering around the store, this massive mouse/rat ran out from under a shelf and was travelling from shelf to shelf. I wish I would have take a picture or video.
It wasn't even in the grocery section. It was in the middle of the store by the seasonal items.

Went to the pharmacy to get infant tylenol, waited in line, there was about 3 of us in this line. A customer went up to the prescription drop off window and the pharmacist helped him right away. By the time they helped me I asked if they had what I needed. The older woman pharmacist laughed in my face and said no. What a B*****! My kid is sick and your laughing!?
This Walmart is the worst! Avoid at all costs!

Use to be a good store, now it is worst! Waiting so long for assistance at photo lab, and asking other staff for any help is like they don't know what I am talking about, nor want to make the effort to get anyone to help. The store is running-down.
