Brand new renovated washrooms but can't even get basic accessibility right. Handsoap is impossible to reach for anyone other than an able bodied adult.

Two stars only because I'm a self check out cashier.lol.you need to watch prices that are being charged when you scan at check out. I guess that's why walmart dont trust their customers not to steal because walmart is stealing from their customers. I called the associate to tell him to remove an item as I wasnt going to pay 40 % more than the price on a display shelf he told me i should take photo of the things I buy along with the price on shelf.that's a lot of work and a lot of photos and it doesnt help that all the price checks are no longer available through out the store

As I sit here and wait for my grocery pick up for 1.5 hours after several calls and being told it will be right out, I have time to reflect on how much of a garbage store this is with garbage employees, the reason we do our shopping online is because we do not have time in our lives to go inside and spend the little time we have in our busy lives to do groceries.
Absolutely trash service. Walmart should be ashamed of they’re customer service, I will no longer be shopping here and I will make sure I let everyone I know not to come to this horrendous, over priced store with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 1.5 hours in the heat with a 5 year old in the car waiting for your useless employees.

Need to add some asian/indian stuff! Most of the shelves are always empty! They even lacks at sauce section doesn't have much variety!

I will never step foot in a Walmart store again. Worst experience of my life asking an associate to find a coffee maker. They had 34 in stock yet none on the shelf. When asking an associate they immediately say "We have none in stock". Lazy lazy lazy

Rubbish store coupled with utterly incompetent staff. Your better off trying to make what your trying to buy at home. Iv never seen people go so far out of their way NOT to work.

Walmart are usually great, but they vary in how well stocked the shelves are. Been a while now that the stores no longer feel welcoming likely because they'd rather you shop and place orders online, which makes sense due to the high cost of living leading to theft.

I was accused for trying to steal at self check out. I’m not a thief, I don’t steal. It’s very very hurtful.

In BRIEF;
Today, Saturday March 18th, 2023 about 2PM or so.
I went in to find a sales associate I know (kind of) in the electronic section. I could not find him but I wanted to speak to him (BADLY) due to his expertise in everything. I know his broad knowledge from our past chit chat.
The above-mentioned (KUKU HEAD) sales associate asked me what it was all about and why I was looking for that PARTICULAR other sales associate. Soon, briefly I told him about my Mobile Phone Apps issue I wanted to talk about with the other sales associate.
SOON that above (KUKU HEAD) started to tell me (what the other sales associate can discuss with me and what he CANNOT).
I KEPT TELLING THAT (KUKU HEAD) NOT TO SPEAK TO BEHALF OF SOMEONE ELSE SINCE HE (kukuhead) DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER PERSON WILL SAY,
We were standing in the aisle ARGUING ABOUT.what other sales associates can or cannot tell us customers.
It was really a scene (for about 20 min) and I WONDERED WHO hired that IDIOT starting to argue with customers although CUSTOMER (me) had only ONE QUESTION relating to Mobile Phone Apps. I wondered how that KUKU HEAD treated other customers.
!   I still wonder why that MENTAL CASE is still there serving customers!

Husband (who is an ssw and a volunteer fireman) went in to get 2 totes and a pair of reading glasses (not even 10min into the store) and was accused of stealing. Got swarmed by 4 employees plus a manager. If they are so concerned about stealing then have more cashs and cashier's and stop the self serve. Not impressed at all will be taking my business elsewhere.

Today, Wednesday Jan 25 2023 when I entered the store there was a young male collecting for Cure for Cancer I think or maybe breast cancer…extremely aggressive as soon as I walked in the door. I actually left through the other exit to avoid him…. Don’t need this in Cornwall…probably shop at a different Walmart.

Cornwall, ON Based Canada Walmart is a pretty F, up organization. I ordered something online. Online staff could not find my order but it was ordered for pick up in Cornwall store. NO ITEM WAS FOUND IN THE STORE. I called DHL they claimed it was delivered to a different name and address in QC vs. Cornwall Walmart address under my name. Today 3PM I called for Cornwall Walmart Manager to sort things out. 40 min waiting. NO MANAGER #2 they try to find Assistant MANAGER. #3 50min they could not find one. FAK THAT KIND OF SERVICE

Back home a few days for the holidays and we had to do some shopping. Let me say this Walmart is a complete disaster. What a mess, everything is upside down, employees walking around not doing a freaking thing to tidy up there work areas. We've been in alot of Walmart's in many different cities and this is the worse Walmart we've been in by far. May I also add some of the employees looked as if they just rolled out of bed, does anyone not take pride in their appearance anymore. I think I'd rather shop at the goodwill rather than this Walmart again.

Online delivery cancelled without reason. Shameful for those who have disabilities and can't even walk in store. Then you ask me if I want to reorder? LOL Not reliable.

Several terrible experiences with a couple self checkout associates. The 2 same ones who lurk over your shoulder while scanning, giving you heck for having 2 separate purchases, heck for not using a bag and only a cart, the need to check your bags because they didn’t watch me scan, the need to look at the computer screen to see what you scanned making sure everything matches. These are just my recent past experiences in a couple months. Tonight I was asked if I needed bags, nope I have some, thanks for asking! Then the associate needs to remind me that I’m not allowed to take the basket out of store. Umm that’s why I have bags? Never have I been treated like a thief before, why now? Each and every visit? I even got into contact with a manager to discuss my prior visit but to no avail with the issues. Bring back regular cashes! Walmart is a main store in town, open late, usually convenient. Treat your customers better!

I don't know where to begin, if you had the chance to drive down to cornwall ontario and experience the Walmart super center for yourself I'm almost sure JP Suarez would be very upset and immediately intervene to fix it. Let's start with the cleanliness or lack of at this new Walmart building, garbage and debris on the floors that look as though they haven't been washed in months accompanied by broken skids pieces on occasion. The center isles at this Walmart are loaded with freight that has not been put away or stocked so no matter what you have to walk the entire center isles to get the the other side. In a city that has a Walmart logistics we still have items out of stock daily. Now lets get to the inconvenience of being harassed daily by the associates in the self check out area. First off they close down half of the self check out registers so they can monitor small groups at a time 3 to 4 people shopping while forcing people to line up in long lines for self check out. They put 2 associates (who could be running open cash registers) there to watch your every move, and make sure you scan your items, who then will harass and humiliate you in front of the other people trying to shop, asking you are you sure you scanned all the items. They will become pushy saying things such as " it looks like you have alot of items" "did you scan everything " can i check your bags " " show me your receipt " This Walmart is where most of the people of Cornwall frequently go to shop. How can you allow a store like Walmart to be ran in such a manner, with zero accountability, and zero responsibility? Do something and fix this.

Its about Ryan. He was manager in electronics. He gave a really good service while i was buying a new phone. Great experience dealing with him.

Terrible store. The management doesn't even know how to keep the shelves stocked! I bet they treat their staff terribly too! I tried calling to ask about when things would be in stock, but the management could understand me. She didn't seem to speak French or English.

Walmart is fantastic for my groceries and pretty much everything you need! The fact I can now purchase all my groceries online and have them even delivered to my home (being I don't drive) this has been a fantastic experience! And I am continuing as the convenience is absolutely incredible!
