Warehouse One St Vital

Staff was friendly, store was busy yet still tidy and organized. Quite happy with experience:)

Always a great experience at the St Vital Mall store. There is a young man who I believe may be a manager or assistant manager. One of nicest and most accommodating people I have ever had assist me.

My experience in store was fantastic and I loved the items I purchased. However, I was quite dismayed to find later that evening that online, 3 of the 4 items I’d purchased were 40% off! I contemplated re-purchasing the items online, having them delivered to a store and then returning them with the in-store receipt. I decided to take the ‘good faith’ approach and allow Warehouse One to make it right when I called them the next day. Imagine my surprise when they told me no, they would not adjust my bill or price match.

Overall a very frustrating experience to find out I paid far more than I should have if I’d shopped online instead. Not impressed, and I’ve been a customer for years. You disappointed me, Warehouse One- I expected better service than that.

Skye is absolutely wonderful. She knew exactly how to help and was very approachable and friendly.

Jeans still priced right just like Max intended when he first opened up shop on Osborne st.
