Not worth it. Rent grows at a rate that it won’t make sense to be here longer than one more year or so. They claim to be environmentally conscious but don’t have a secure place to park bicycles. All they have is a hidden rack behind the dumpster. Nice and dark for the thieves. Cancelled my parking because I was tired of random people parking in my spot

They don't refund security deposit and reply after 3 months you have moved from there

The Waterford has been a great place thus far. I've rented from Shelter Canadian, Globe, and most recently Broadstreet Properties. All 3 pale in comparison to the level of professionalism & comfort I've seen here. Skyline makes an honest effort to ensure the Apartment feels like home with Holiday events and tenant interaction.

The Resident Manager Rajdeep is an absolute sweetheart and went out of her way to make my move seamless. Any questions or concerns have been answered swiftly, and overall she is a fantastic leader on site. She shows excellent coordination & organization when dealing with emergency services (Fire dept, drills, testing, etc.)

Although I haven't had any serious Maintenance issues, Grant responded to the 1 call I made within 30 mins. He was friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable of the building/construction.

The apartments are clean, modern, and have in-suite laundry to boot. The appliances are nice and the range hood/microwave saves on space. Having my own HVAC & HRV is great since I like my place cool in the summer.

I would be hard pressed to find any issues/requests to Management. Maybe a few more benches outside to enjoy the weather would be nice.

5/5 I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Skyline again.

This is best place to rent an apartment. I actually had emergency in India. Need to travel urgently, Rajdeep (property manager) helped to obtain new person to sublease an apartment. She has helped me a lot and I am able to travel asap. Thanks Rajdeep

She got us all paperwork done very quickly.
Everything is well managed in this building and very neat and clean atmosphere.

One of the best places I ever lived in. Staff is friendly, appartments are really clean, close to all the amenities.

The Skyline is doing good and overall experienced are pretty much good. Its just i got injured from slippery blocked ice last winter days for not being responsible with their business or job like for safety of tenants in a parking lot pathway or walkway by the contractor wipeout and not taking care of their negligence its just frustrating that i could not work for 2 months for that injury. I hope it wont happen to any tenant at 10 Highwaterpath. Please maintain the safety ness of your Tenants always. Being injured is not a good things to happen to a person, especially during winter time is so slippery always make ahead of time for a schedule for putting salt by the stairs and parking spots area kids are prone to accidents as well.
