I called the dealership today looking for a part for my truck. I was directed to the parts team where the gentlemen proceeded to look up the part and inform me that they indeed did have the part. I asked if they could put it aside and I would be down shortly. He took my name and informed me he would put it on the shelf for pick up. I arrived approximately 30 min later to find out that the parts department closed at 2, it was now 2: 20 if I only had 10 min to make the trip I wouldn’t have made the trip… very disappointed and frustrated. Communication isn’t that hard but it’s a lost art. Guess I’ll just order from Mopar direct now…

I brought my 2013 Dodge Dart in to get the accelerator fixed and to check over my car to tell me if there is anything wrong. First thing that happen is They did extra work on my car without my consent and charged me for it. Second with in two days after getting the accelerator fixed, my accelerator turned out not to be fixed at all. Third, I tried calling the dealership back to get them to redo it without having to spend $700.00 again but they did not accept. I will not be coming back.

Update:
Shortly after making this review, one of their spokesmen messaged me wanting me to fix my review and said no way the car dealership would do this.

I took my car into a a local place to get my car fixed and they figured out what was wrong with my car right away! So either this dealership had no clue what they were doing or they were just trying to take more money from met doing small fixes.

With in two weeks getting my Turbo and engine belt fixed from the local business my car has been running great since then.

As you can take from my review, go to a local trustworthy business to get your car fixed. Not a place where they don’t know how to fix your car and maybe try to take your hard earned money.

I previously had a great experience buying my car here but I have lost my trust in this dealership, I was told if I referred customers I would recieve a bonus however, I had referred 2 people who ended up purchasing their vehicles here who made their salesperson aware I had sent them and I did not receive a bonus of any kind, nor did I receive a response when I reached out to the dealership to inquire therefore I will not be returning for my next vehicle purchase.

Great people and service center staff are very nice, but coming out of a german brand vehicle, I have noticed a big difference in how I get my vehicle returned.
I would say having a courtesy car wash would go a long, long way with me.
The one thing all import dealer ships do is wash the vehicle after a service is done.
That, for me, was the biggest shock this dealer ship doesn't do that would go a long way for their customers.

Certainly best in what they do. Especially Mr. Jappan; he personally took care of all the finance and even hand delivered our van all the way to Langley, BC from Winnipeg. I will recommend anyone in Canada buying their car to check prices with this place since delivery is not an issue. And thank you for some dodge merch as well.

Follow up, received a call from the service manager within 48hrs. Very apologetic and asked if l can bring my Jeep in to resolve, no charge.
Fixed the issue, no.charger and as before, service has always been outstanding and proved it again! Thank you!
This is customer service at it's best!

The one thing l asked them to fix on my driver door, besides the window was the top clip on panel and they did not!
So much for customer service.

I would not give this place one star, but I wanted the opportunity to warn people against doing business here! Costumer service in the service department is horrendous! We purchased a 2021 Jeep here two years ago and have had nothing but problems, and awful assistance and support from the dealer! Take my advice and go across the street to somewhere else, or better yet, try the Virden Dealership! That’s the place to go!

Horrible service! No communication between staff, everyone had a different answer to my questions! They left me w/o a car knowing that I needed one, they said as soon as they had 12 hours of work they would give me a rental, and afterwards told me they had no rental for me until Aug 15! They were very unprofessional, I can not even express how horrible and unhappy I am… I have brought my jeep there before and literally they have been good! Beside the fact that the couldn’t seem to position my jeep logo on my hood correctly…. I will never bring my vehicle back there, it was a direct repair claim, mpi told me it’s an easier way to deal with claims! And maybe it is…. But not with these guys! PATHETIC!

Took my then under warranty 2015 Chrysler 300 in to get the air conditioning looked at. Has a leak for sure, and they said they did a pressure test, and it came back fine. They refused to do anymore investigating. They also kept any remaining expensive refrigerant when they did the pressure test and didn’t put it back, left it bone dry. I took my car somewhere else and got it filled (because Chrysler told me there is no leak). Now it’s leaked out again and not under warranty anymore. So now I’m going to be stuck with an expensive bill to investigate and find the leak (probably an old seal), and paying for the expensive refrigerant again.

The also replaced my backup camera and messed up the alignment.

Waverley Chrysler is the best dealership period. I've dealt with them for years. Bought a new truck recently and couldn't be more happier with them. Salesperson Alan and Manager Mike were fantastic. Alan came in to look after me on his day off! Now that's service for you. Mike as usual was a pleasure to deal with. They got me into my new Ram same day. I truly appreciate these guys and the dealership and will continue to give them my business. It's refreshing to know a dealership like Waverley still provides top notch customer care. I bought truck here 6months ago and Now I have problem with the fuel gauge. They keep saying we know we know but nothing is fixed.

I already brought the car there twice to get it fixed and still nothing.

The service advisor is also rude. He keeps saying that he is not the one doing it we know he is not but we are telling him what is wrong so he can let the mechanic know what is wrong.

Or he can check if the problem is fix or not.

He shouldn’t be a service advisor if he doesn’t know how to communicate with clients properly.

His name is MICHAEL PEDDLE.

He is very rude!

If he doesn’t like us going back and forth then do your job properly so we get satisfied and not complain and keep returning!

I bought a RAM 1500 (2020) last two week. At the begin, I did not satisfy with the service when my truck had problems with the battery and tires after delivered. However, with the wonderful support from Mr Bikram (Salesman) and Mr Graig (Manager), I have felt happy and enjoyed the truck from Waverley Dodge.

I’m not a fan of dealerships in general. After the initial purchase I always hope that I don’t need to return for any service or parts because I’ve never had a pleasant experience in the past. I recently bought a new Wrangler from a different dealership because they had the specific model in the colour I wanted and I didn’t feel like dealing with dealer transfers etc. 5 weeks after purchase I had an warranty issue that required a trip to the service department and I knew right away that I wasn’t going back to where I bought it due to what I considered poor service in the past. I decided to try Waverley Chrysler and am glad I did. From the initial phone call right after Christmas to them getting me in the very next day to Mike in service being super nice upon me dropping my vehicle off. It took a week to get my vehicle repaired due to needing parts shipped in over the Christmas/New Years holidays but Mike was always calling me to keep me informed on what was happening. The parts came in and the mechanics did the repair properly. From Mike in service to the guy (didn’t get his name) in the car rental area I was treated great and felt like they were actually interested in being at their jobs instead of just putting in time till they go home. Waverley will now be my go to dealership for all my needs as long as they keep employing good people like Mike.

This place is an absolute nightmare. I would give this place a 0 if i could. Over a year to figure out and diagnose the issues with my truck. Once they finally figured it out it I then had to come back 2 more times to finally have new issues fixed steming from the original issue. This dealership if you want to call it that are hands down the worst of the worst. I attempted multiple times including today when my vehicle was there once again to speak with James bonner (service manager) who couldn't be bothered to come out of his office to talk to me or return my emails about the service I received in his own department. If you are looking for service at Waverley dodge, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I want to give zero star to dodge waverley service point. One of the most stupid service ever received in my entire lifetime. I told them before handing over my car that if you install following two items my car will be good to go. Cause i already have two complete car diagnose reports. But waverley service team is part of avenger crew. They want to charge for diagnose anyway. Cause they have special software from "mars observatory" to find out what's wrong with car as compare to other reputed service center like super lube & midas. I paid for $67.66 for body throttle outside with life time warranty on it. Part labour cost me $76. On the other hand #dodge waverley or dodge rarely gave me quote for $529 for body throttle part. I will only recommend this service point if you have enemies to send there. It was my first car with dodge but i would say this will last one for sure.yes i got charged for $158 for a diagnostic report that i already have it. DONT GO! THEY STEAL MONEY

Bikram Parmar was such a fun salesman to work with. A wonderful sense of humour, very knowledgeable, and went above to help me out! He came into work when he didn’t need to just to meet with me for my test drive. Bikram called me the next day to see how i’m enjoying my vehicle, and to follow up with further answers to questions we had. I had an ongoing and hard to diagnose issue with my Jeep. They patiently worked with me over the course of about 6 months to help diagnose the issue until it was finally resolved. Pat in the service department was particularly helpful and easy to work with.

Despite how frustrating the issue was, it was one of the best dealership experiences I've had.

We bought our 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan from Bikram at Waverley Chrysler and it was an awesome experience! He was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in. He was quick to call and text when we had questions. He made us feel welcome at the dealership and even went above and beyond to help set up the Bluetooth connection on the U-connect system before we left. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. It was making a ticking noise from the engine when i test drove the car, which the salesman assured me was normal for a 4 cylinder even though the car was a v6. After purchasing the car I had it inspected at my mechanic and there was some mechanical issues. I reached out to the salesman but was left hanging and told that there is nothing they can do for me even though they have a 1 month warranty on all used cars.
Eventually the operations manager James reached out for me and assured me that the warranty that the sales man denied was in fact in place for all used car purchases, and that the dealership would help me out. In the end the dealership came through and did more then expected. Massive thanks to James Bonner! Very professional and understanding.
I would rate 5 stars if I could rate the salesman separately

Our experience buying our 2021JEEP WRANGLER WILLYS EDITION was such a pleasant encounter. Mike and Ron were so straight forward and spoke in terms that made sense and clarified any uncertainties. The absolute worst dealership all around! Purchased a brand new 2019 Jeep compass.the service department is by far the VERY worst I have ever dealt with! My vehicle has less than 17thousand km on it. I have driven more rentals and borrowed vehicles than I have my own brand new Jeep!

so far it has had a brand new radio.issue with it still NOT corrected! Told there was an update coming in about 4 months that "should" fox my issue
transmission went.after telling them for 4 months there was issues.new transmission.next day. Left me stranded!
when I called Waverly they told me to call road side, get it towed to another dealership to fix it.needs a new starter as well. Now it is at a different dealership.and there are issues from the new transmission installation.broken and loose parts broken electrical components.needs a new starter.still not running.at what point Waverly do you say ok this is a lemon lets fix this!

Terrible service! About a month ago I went there for my truck to get both CV boot fixed, waited over an hour just to be advised that parts are not available.service advisor told me that someone will contact me once the parts are available.it's such a waste of time.

4 weeks after and still no message regarding the parts, then I sent an e-mail just to get an update. Took me multiple e-mails and several days just to get an answer from the service department.today I took my truck there to get the work done, everything was good until i drove my truck for about 30 minutes i heard a rattle on the drivers side and the tires are wobbling.when i got home i checked underneath and saw that the driver's side outer tire rod is loose then the passenger's side cv boot came off and there's grease all over the lower control arms, tire rod and ball joints on both sides.is it that hard for them to clean the grease off? I am completely unsatisfied with the workmanship of the service department.

Outer tire rod being loose that you can feel your tire wobbling it can cause serious accident! Very poor service just shows you how much they don't care about the job they are doing.

They scammed me by their wrong advertisement for their Nissan Armada 2017 white colour. Their ad was saying the car is Platinum but it was SL. They may did it to get a good analysis from Autotrader.ca that was saying this 42900$ is a very good price for that car with Platinum trim, but it was not. They were selling an SL car with wrong price. After I got their mistake (which was a trick in reality) and asked to cancel, which was my right, they denied and were very unbelievably rude with me and with my wife. Finally, the next day their gentleman Manager Len Sas gave us a new price of 38873 $ (remember that their previous price was 42900$). But, it was late and my wife was very sad and heartbroken from his employees (Roderick & his friend), and didn't accept to deal with that dealership. She said if they can lie and scam people like this, we should never trust them again. Now they are refusing returning our deposit. (We can't believe it can happen in Canada)

Went to get my car fixed after an accident on an MPI claim and received excellent service. Dwayne is a super nice and friendly guy who made sure to be in depth and do the best job when in cane to vehicle inspection and repairs. Would highly recommend!

Just changed the light bulb in my girlfriends jeep grand Cherokee cost took about 10 mins to do. She told me they charged her 360$ to change it last time because they had to take the bumper off and all this nonsense. Worst part is she bought the jeep from them. Bunch of crooks taking advantage of a young mother with kids.

Bought a used truck here. What a bad experience! They miss advertised the mileage by over 6000km. Used car manager (the stereotyped kind) blamed everyone else, but took zero ownership for the error. Told me how’s this truck is losing money and it costs his pay cheque money to sell it. I don’t care, I paid you full listing price online. Bring that up with your owner, not the customer. Don’t try to make me feel bad about giving you a 35k draft. Speaking of, I paid this place bank draft in full. Now it’s over 1 month after taking delivery, the $1000 deposit still hasn’t been refunded to my credit card. The sales Bikram and business manager Michael, don’t reply to me emails or text. One bad decision to come from out of province, to buy a car from there guys. #REFUNDMYDEPOSIT

Got a transmission fluid flush today on my 2011 Grand Caravan. It took an hour ish. Had no problem with the service but my niece who is a grad 9 girl came along realized that some of beef jerky she left at passenger side are gone. She said "I ain't leaving any food item in the vehicle next time we are getting serviced at the dealership. " LOL

After she said that I start to ask myself, "did they actually did the service I paid for and promised? "

Terrible! I went to this place to diagnose my traction light issue in my Dodge journey. They told me there fees is $142 per hour (Other dodge dealers charging less then this, I came to know after).

They said me that you have faulty break switch issue and you need to replace it. This took about 10-15 mins and they charged me for full hour labour $142 plus taxes. Where as other dodge dealers in city charging for actual time spent on labour and NOT FULL HOUR.

On top of this, I told them that I already replace the break switch by buying new switch from dealer. Then service advisor told me that it might be a wiring issue. But they don't want to check whether it is wiring issue or not in rest of the labour hour (45 mins). Service advisor told me if you want to check whether it is wiring issue or not you need to pay extra labour hour fees which is again $142 plus taxes again.

Careful when you give your vehicle to this place. They charge you for basically doing close to nothing.
WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!

Very poor impression of this place. I found a car I liked and payed a "refundable" $1000 to hold the vehicle. Signed for "getting the car cleaned" as a customer satisfaction, and to further investigate financing. When I told them I wouldn't take the car the sales man together with manager said I had bought the car. To these guys a handshake means final purchase. There was no bill of sale that I saw. The 1000 dollars was none refundable. Legally they can't do this.
UPDATE: the next visit, sat down with salesman, reviewed paperwork, confirmed insufficient documents for purchase. Only when offered they could talk to cbc was the 1k refunded. The salesman turned real cranky and made fun of my heritage background and made some funny comment about the laws of the land. And these joksters sell cars. Lol Thanks guys.
