Had Weather Tech come down to replace my old furnace and air conditioner. They installed a Lennox High Efficiency Furnace and a Lennox Air Conditioner. They did an awesome job on the install and even moved the furnace location back closer to the wall so that I gained more space in the furnace room. Love the air conditioner to as it is way quieter than our old one. They even threw in a winter cover for it. I was so impressed with the service from the owner of the company, Steve De Vries, I had them also come down later and replace my two 40 gallon gas water heaters and install a high efficiency 80 gallon electric heater. It was a great recommendation as it is super efficient and we never run out of hot water. Super company, great service, and they keep me informed as to when I need a service check-up to not void my warranty.

Dustin Ready gave professional advise about my AC. Luckily I did not have to replace it. He showed up on time and was helpful.

Got weather tech to install our a/c (via costco). Very competitive quote, knowledgeable sales person, and installers (Harmeet and Matt) were on time, worked hard for 5 hours to get the installation done, cleaned up after wards. Weathertech had good warranty as well. Very happy with their work.

Called Weather Tech to repair our high efficiency gas furnace because they are a Lennox dealer and our local installer in Selkirk has gone out of business (retired). We have recently had intermittent problems with the furnace (8 years old, installed in 2013) shutting down with a "low pressure switch" error code. On the previous occasion the service person replaced the furnace air filter which seemed to clear the fault. I did the same this year when the furnace quit working in January.

The furnace quit working after a night of high winds this week (late March). Weather Tech responded promptly to our call for service. On the phone the call, the representative asked pertinent questions (make, model, year installed), and noted the error code to ensure the service rep would have the necessary parts. The service rep arrived before noon, examined the furnace noting several issues, tested and replaced the low pressure switch (on warranty), fixed a water leak inside the furnace, examined the combustion air and exhaust pipes, and found and fixed a blockage due to debris in the pipes that was the ultimate cause of the problem.

The service rep, Marmeet, was courteous, respectful, and diligent in diagnosing and fixing our problem. I would heartily recommend Weather Tech for their efficient and competent service.

The installation of our tankless water heater by Weather Tech Heating and Cooling by Steve was one of the best orchestrated installation that I ever encountered. Called in the morning and Steve was there that evening for a quote. Unit was ordered and arrived two days later. Had to get other company to remove old heater but Megan had it all under control and Weather Tech installers arrived as old installers were leaving my location. Steve was very professional and responsive to our wishes, Megan was so helpful, pleasant and friendly and the techs Jagjit and Cole
did an excellent installation leaving the premises spotless. With a crew like that, I will be calling back for our annual maintenance. Thank You.

Technician Isaac, came for my yearly furnace cleaning November 26th, 2020. Wore a mask from the truck to my door, kept it on while in my home. He was very respectful and a pleasure (answered my health questionnaire without judgement or annoyance), especially with all the issues at present.
He confirmed a pressure switch issue we had gotten error codes on. He checked into our warranty and let us know we were covered for replacement.
He made a note to have Weather-Tech book the warranty call, which he just finished today.
The switch he brought wasn’t working so he ran to Lennox and got a new switch and did not leave, until everything was working 100%.
No charge, as per warranty.

They were great service from Megan answering the phone to Kevin the service tech staying after hours to complete the job. Highly recommend them for any heating repairs.

WeatherTech recently installed our new furnace and air conditioner.
They were very professional from our first consultation/quote to the completion. They arrived on time, and worked through the day to get the job done. We had three technicians Marmeet, Vince & Cole who all were exceptionally courteous and caring. They checked with us along the way to ensure we were on board with their method of installation and placement of tubing. They wore masks, took off their shoes, and were extremely careful about carrying their supplies in and out of our basement. Had our furnace installed yesterday but some vents have poor air flow (previous problem). Harmeet and his team did their best to figure out and improve air flow by adjusting the dampers. He came back this afternoon to further investigate what’s causing the problem. He even bought a camera that goes deeper to see what’s inside the vents. He found a huge weird metal thing inside the vent and took it out. He patched everything and gave us advice on how to further improve airflow in the kitchen. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and hardworking. We’re very lucky to have him and his team. Very satisfied with the service.

Up front sales was not pushy and then Vince and Harmeet were very professional and did a beautiful installation job. Very friendly and respectful. Would definitely recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

The technicians that performed the installations were extremely efficient, they worked well together. Each one was always busy with a task and the job itself seemed effortless and went very smoothly. We were extremely impressed with how professional and respectful they were, from they way they spoke to us, to the way they moved in and out of our home taking proper care of our property.

Harmeet attended September 14 to complete some items regarding our new Lennox furnace & air conditioner purchase/installation. He was very professional, experienced, thorough & meticulous; not only doing the work required but also thoroughly explaining what, how, why, etc.and then testing to ensure satisfactory completion. Hermeet was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. He got the job done, price was very reasonable, and all done in a timely manner. My AC works wonderfully and I couldn't be any happier. I would definitely do business with this company again. Service Rep on phone (can't remember her name) was also very prompt and friendly and I am so glad to have chosen them as the service provider.

Harmeet and Jagjit removed my 1960's furnace monstrosity and replaced it with a high efficiency Lennox. I am absolutely amazed at the job they did! Professional job and very polite. They explained everything before, during and after. Job site (my home) was left cleaner than before they started! Great job guys, very much appreciated!
