The staff is so friendly and the food is consistently good, if they happen to make a mistake then it’s fixed kindly and promptly! Prices are definitely too high though, one of the more expensive fast food options for sure.

Is it just me.or has every burger joints' size of burger decreased while price has increased.

Every thing is made fresh the way you want it. As busy as it can get at a fast food restaurant at and around supper time, things were prepared fast and in a timely manner. No real waiting for cold food. It was hot and fresh. I'll definitely be going back.

Definitely have to give this Wendy’s location a five star rating, not only is it very clean, not only are they very fast and very friendly, but the staff here are awesome, they really are, we were served by Kenadee at the till and the manager spent time making sure we were left after 100%, we have the key tags for the free Frosty’s or I got my number one and upsized it, fresh and delicious

Our goto place Sunday after church. We're consistently there and the food is consistently good. Staff is always friendly and ready to serve, well trained and friendly.

Last two experiences have been very sub par service. Slow and inexperienced workers who don't know how to process a gift card.

Placed an order today using the app for curbside pickup:

- we waited 25 mins to get our food.
- when we opened the bag, we found that they forgot our fries (we should have had 3 mediums). Finally got that sorted out, but it took 10 mins
- got home, unwrapped the burger and found they weren't made as specified on our order. This is inexcusable considering we inputted exactly what we wanted using THEIR APP. Additional info here: my burger should have been a double, I received a single - I didn't get what I paid for. The other special instructions (no mayo, substitute ranch sauce) wasn't followed either. Again, these are options on their app, not like I was asking for anything too special here.

Extremely dissatisfied, can't see how they'll stay open with this sort of "customer service". Their prices have gotten out of hand too.

Excellent breakfasts. The burgers and fries are excellant too. The staff is friendly and service is quick.

Wendy's Steinbach is incredibly fast efficient service in contrast to the Steinbach McDonald's. Order accuracy is also much higher at Wendy's. Sadly they only offered the strawberry frosty as a promotional offer. This, along with the spicy chicken sandwich and spicy chicken wrap would be reasons enough to chose Wendy's over McDonald's every time.

As good as there breakfast is and not bad for price. As for there advertising it is false. I went to this location this morning Nov. 19th for breakfast. With my doughter and son. As we drove out. I saw an advertising sighn that said free small wendys hash brown's with breakfast order. As that I'm in an electric wheelchair. I sent my doughter in to get the free hash brown's. The person told her that. That was only if you ordered a single sandwich.
But that's not what the sigh says. As that my doughter is not confrontational she came out and told me what they said. Like I said I'm in an electric wheelchair. And we live 2hrs from wpg. We also running late we had to leave for home.
Because of there false advertising. We will not go back to any Wendy's.

Very expensive for fast food. Disappointing that they hand out paper straws with a PLASTIC cup and lid.

This Wendy's in Steinbach is always a pleasure to visit. Great food, quick and friendly service. My go to place when in the area.

Ordered from this location a taco salad and got a rotten sour cream that made my daughter sick (food poisoning)!
When I spoke with assistant manager Jody about this, to help out and bring awareness to bad products, I was given a bad email for my troubles.
Now a little more frustrated, I called back to continue to be a good sport, I was met with the "on-duty" manager that would not give me any information.
So check your food before eating, as they don't care about their presentation and they sure don't care about their customers.

This Wendy's is soo good, fresh food and really nice staff. Always stop in here when passing through Steinbach.

Ever since they came to this city I've stopped going to mcdonald's good burgers at a good price. Best fries. Keep it up

Very unfreandly and slow. Person at drive through refused to take my order after having us wait for 15min at the speaker.

Fresh food and good quality. A bit disappointing that they got rid of the half sized salads though as the large ones are over $11 or more each which I find a bit steep.

Order my food and they got drink right rest was wrong worth service I have ever had at a Wendy's took them 3 trys and 2 different burgers to get my order right sad group that works there will not be going back

The burger was good but the service person wasn't focused on the customer. (Me). The prices however were high for what you get though.

This Wendy's always does an excellent job. No fast food restaurant has better customer service.

Just wondering what happened at the Wendy's in Steinbach March 30/22, we arrived there at around 11: 20 pm and they were closed. If they had a problem then they should have posted a sign on the drive thru speaker, there was about six cars waiting behind us but no one answered our needs. We drove around and they were shutting off the lights, so we all went to McDonalds just a short distance away. Probably a $120 loss in business. If its advertised as open until 1 am by Wendy's policy then they should be open unless there was a problem. If this is a franchise owner problem then maybe Head office for Wendy's needs to know the problem, and maybe they can be replaced

Best fast food I have ever had! Super quick and so good! Would definitely recommend! Super clean and looks good! Would go here 100 times over McDonald’s!

Customer service is very polite, food is always consistent hot and fresh. Definitely a spot to stop by in steinbach for a quick bite
