Wendy's

Ok service, hate that I say thank you and the bags are just handed out the window with no eye contact or a your welcome. Manners are very hard to come by these days

Staff is so under trained that they actually manage to under cook a 1cm thick beef patty. Spent 3 days dealing with food poisoning in my kids. Don't risk your health here.

Tried out the new chicken and french toast.not too bad. Good alternative if you're not looking for a burger. Picked up the french toast for breakfast on the weekend and tried the breakfast Baconator. Both good and worth the try.

I've been there twice, the first time they forgot one of my burgers and the second time I got a chicken sandwich instead of a deluxe bacon sandwich. I gave it the stars because the food is decent and the service is fast.

I love Wendy's but this might be the worst burger I have ever had from there. It has no flavor at all and very dry.

The food here is always on point, with good selection of healthy alternatives as well as the usual. Staff is very friendly and service is always good. My favorite Wendy's in the city

Prices keep going up. So that means portions are getting bigger and quality is improving, right? Wrong. Prices are up over 30% in 4 years by my calculation and portion sizes are down and good luck with quality! That ship has sailed. Our burgers today were cold. Which happens. We were there at 2: 30 so it was empty but what can you do. Everyone in my group today left unhappy and swore to not go back to Wendy's.
Maybe others will have better luck here.

We didn't have a long wait for our food, it was freshly made, and the Patty was hot. The chase was gooey when I ate it. The staff we're outstanding. The food that I had outranked some other fast food chains. I'm definitely going back there next time.

Food pretty good. Hot and fresh French fries were not so hot or fresh. Could use improvement.

The staff went out of their way to help my granddaughter get something from the breakfast menu during lunch. I know if it was busier they may not have been able but it was great that they made the extra effort.

Hot and fresh, what more do you want. Gave my order filled my drink my order was ready fries hot Hamburger screaming hot. Drop the microphone. Take that King and Clown.
Extra pickles will cost you extra.

I find when I go through the drive thru, the service is very friendly and the food is always hot. However, entering in the restaurant and getting your food there, the service is not so friendly. This was also from a supervisor or manager that was helping us. But the food is hot and very good. The ice was out in one machine, certain drinks were not available in another. Still one of the better fast food places out there.

The things are not clean, I have diarrhea at home after eating, I feel very uncomfortable, where can I complain

I normally go through the drive-thru, around when they first opened I had some issues with getting the correct order, but they have really stepped up their game and no complaints on food/service.

Had the salad and it was great! Time before that they messed up my order after telling them 3 times I wanted no tomatoes and the burger patty seemed as though it was cooked 2 hrs previous.wasnt impressed

Had a great apple pecan salad! Today they didn't have grilled chicken, had to use some kind of battered chicken, classic or spicy - I had spicy and it was SPICY!

I was rather disappointed. It is one thing when one has trouble understanding the person taking an order but totally a different scenario when the person taking the order doesn't understand English.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Very clean eat-in area. I'll happily eat there again.
