Terry was very helpful. They took my car in the same day. There were some delays in receiving the parts required so they lended me a car without additional charges. I received my car back early the next day and have had no problems.

Went here on a referral because I could hear and feel the front brakes on my 8 year old Rav 4.rubbing/grinding. After a test drive, the manager told me he didn't hear or feel anything and that I didn't need new brakes. It should have been good news, but he wasn't listening to me! I know my own 8 year old car! After visiting and getting quotes from 2 other garages, I returned to West Kildonan Auto and had the manager come for a drive with me. We drove around the building and he then stated that he could hear the brakes and that I would need to have them replaced. We went inside to make an appointment for the repair. I asked for a quote and he stated that the price of breaks had gone up dramatically and that they would cost $700. - $800 just for breaks and if I needed routers, they would be extra! Huh? I'm a woman and a senior, but not a sucker! Not an honest dealer! Had my front breaks and routers replaced at another reputable garage for $432! I would not recommend this place

I brought my classic car into this shop yesterday for a simple oil change. After I received it back after an hour wait there are scratch marks on the bumper. I am beyond disappointed and upset of the lack of care for a classic car that has been in pristine condition for the last 35 years, only to go in for an oil change and come back with scratches on the paint. I do not recommend this shop as they clearly are not mindful of taking care of the cars they are working on.

I brought my truck twice to the shop recently, with different concerns. Both times I found their service to be very professional and courteous. Prices I was charged were a small fraction I would have to pay if I took the car to the dealership. Highly recommended.

I brought my vehicle to West Kildonan Auto and Tire Sevice after Vickar Nissan refused to fix a few safety issues that I had. The team repaired the vehicle and made it drive brand new again. Thank you!

I highly recommend West Kildonan Auto. Rich and staff are always helpful, friendly and honest. He explains with great detail what is needed or not needed, and what was done or should be done. He never discounts my questions and is always a pleasure to deal with. They are wonderful!

Just acknowledged on the phone they inflate parts cost by 10% and won't install parts customers bring in.

I brought my truck in for my brake pedal pushing back on my foot, dropped off truck only to be told I needed a new emergency brake and new back brakes, I declined on the emergency brake since I never use it, I pick up truck after paying over 1300.00 for back brakes and didn't get out of the parking lot because the same issue is still there. I get out to tell them and told to bring truck back in a few days to allow the brakes to form. The following day I almost hit another vehicle and call to explain the problem is still happening, Terri tries to tell me its all in my head and there is nothing wrong, and that his "guy" took it for a test drive to the tune of 100.00. He finally admits there is something wrong and probably a bearing $600 estimate or sensor for $200. I ask why doesn't he know what the problem is, he says its a "hit and miss". Since then my trucks interior light keeps going on while driving, door ajar stays on even though doors are closed, I now speak to Rich to explain I am not prepared to pay anymore money and think they must of hit a wire when fixing the brakes and sensor, Rich tells me to bring in truck and Terri tells me I will be charged, they try to tell me my truck is old although I maintain it, then begin to patronize me and asks things like "why does a light bulb burn out" which has nothing to do with my issue. These guys are con artists and money hungry. I said I am done with you guys, rich's reaction is "ok great have a great day" goes to show you their attitude and character.

Car lovers fixing cars. Great, affordable service. One time I needed to leave my car while I went out of town, the owner Rich drove me and my kids to the airport in our car, did the work and left it at our place for when we got back. Over and above.

Took jeep in and the good folks here did exceptional work, I will be seeing them again for future vehicle repairs.

Had a tire leaking at the bead. Dropped the wheel off at lunch and picked it up before close. Hasn't leaked since. Quick turn and a fair price.
