I have huge anxiety going to the dentist. Every person I had interaction with today, at West-Man, helped me through the fear. Dr. Patel was so reassuring. I actually made another appt for next month. That says it all!

So busy? Yes, i can feel.only let me book an appointment and wait over 1 month to wait, and then tell me Need to wait 3-4 months after nerve extraction, that means it must be Delay and deterioration.it's not a busy, it's no care and unconcerned.immoral.wait long time and even needs to be numbered again during the treatment process.if u r really busy, why not finish all case first, why still accepted newers and waste time.u do nothing but delaying.so immoral. Whether you are treated here or not, they will make your condition worse. Because no treatment wastes more than a month at least, if having a treatment may let you to wait for several months.i saw other comments.almost same, the first thing he told me is only to pull out the tooth.really bad commercial action.even decided it just using three seconds and cannot sit there to chat something, although i had waited there half an hour.booking an appointment doesn't really work.

This place is BUSY! But only because they are so great! Dr. Paul Chen is our absolute fav. He’s professional, knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. He truly cares about his patients. We now drive 3.5 hours to see him for all our dental needs. Darla, Natasha and the front end staff are always excellent and very accommodating. If you are going elsewhere for dental care you are missing out!

I have seen both Dr. McNiven and Dr. Chen over the years, they are fantastic dentists. All of the staff is so friendly and always welcome you with a smile! Their new office is beautiful and very clean.

Came here due to some pain and broken filling that has been bothering me for some time. I had a very pleasant first experience at this dental office. The staff were very friendly and they were able to fit me in right away. Dr. Truong and his assistant Patricia worked on my teeth. He was very gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Now I'm completely pain free and my teeth look better than when I came in.

Awful place to go if you are Native American apparently our treaty insurance is not good enough for them they obviously have a prejudice against Natives.

Very friendly staff, very accommodating. I've never had a happier kid leaving the dentist. Lol

My 4 year old has come with me to numerous dentist appointments and has refused to let anyone see her teeth. Leanne, our Dental Hygienist was absolutely amazing with her and made the experience so great. The way she interacted with my daughter throughout my cleaning was beyond impressive, she made it so fun for her. She has been talking about it non stop and asking when we can go back. Dr. Chen was great to speak with as well, and was very informative. The facility was spotless and we felt very safe being there. I don't usually review places but I was so impressed today with Leanne I just had to! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thanks so much!

Saw Dr. David for an emergency root canal. He was very gentle and explained everything while doing my treatment. Amazing new dentist in town!

The staff there is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. McNiven is an excellent dentist. He is not only pleasant but takes the time to fully explain the procedure you are about to experience.

Nothing but great experiences. All staff are patient and polite, and the dentist's do great work.

I rarely five 5 stars to businesses, but this is the second one in a year that has truly impressed me. Right from the first phone call to the walking out the door with fillings, everything was smooth, timely, friendly, comfortable, just awesome. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Mcniven awesome work once again. This is the first dentist that I have been to that takes his time and talks to u like a person, and his work is pain free, on my teeth anyway. I would highly recommend him!

I am very pleased with my first visit with the West-Man Dental Group. The place was clean and spacious. They were on time with my appointment and I was impressed with how painless my cleaning was. The staff and Doctors were very friendly and professional. Lastly.the appointment confirmation text was a nice touch. Thank you!

Absolute butchers. Went to get a filling and when Dr. Chen (regular dentist) wasn't able to get me in they passed me on to Dr. Troung. Troung damaged the tooth so badly it was no longer salvageable and refused to do anything about the pain and left me suffering for three weeks. I came in and saw Dr. Chen during that time and he admitted he didn't know what Troung had done despite my records and said it would be another two-three weeks before I could get in to have it looked at again and even longer until I could get the root canal that was needed. Treatment there is barbaric, they have no time or concern for your pain and suffering. I'm now going through the Dental Association and filing a complaint.be warned, do NOT go here.

Please save yourself and don't go here. Like the reviews below said, they just want to pull teeth and they will not share your notes or x-rays with your new dentist when they request them - very shady business practices going on here. There are much better places to go in Brandon. The new dentist I went to was horrified at the work done on my teeth and didn't even charge me for the visit.

Dr. McNiven and staff are wonderful. Very friendly, thorough, and do great work. I saw Dr. Hayward for many, many years and was referred to McNiven when he retired, and I am very happy with the service. Obviously I won't speak for all the doctors there, but mine is awesome and I highly recommend him.

I was able to get in with Dr. David because I had lost a front filling. He did a great job of fixing my front teeth. I liked how quickly and quietly he went about his work and the quality of his work was great!
