Silver jeans are comfortable and made to last. Best jeans I've ever worn

I gave two starts because we like the Silver jeans they carry and the first time we ordered it went fine. The second time the order went missing and customer service was very slow to reply, then had to be chased down for follow up and I had to deal with the delivery company and ultimately refunded the cost of the jeans when I pursued them but didn't refund the shipping fees even thought they will get a refund from FedEx. So after 2 weeks, all the lost time chasing them down I am still without the jeans for my son and chasing down my $12.00 delivery charge. Insane.actually switching the star to a one because their is no service.
