Westland Insurance

Had commercial insurance thru this office. Tried reaching out to them couple months before expiry to renew. Emails and voicemails go unanswered or response take forever. Insurance eventually lapsed by the time they got on it. Do not trust this company and would certainly not recommend for corporate needs.

ADDITION: Who the hell is Nicholas, nice copy and paste job on the reply Westland. Perfect example of level of customer service.

I had a great experience with Jamie while dealing with a complicated issue. He was patient and informative and helped a complicated process go smooth. I highly recommend.

Nickel and dime you for every penny. Simply asked for a TOD which they had never printed off for me to begin with. The manager specified she would not waive a $15 “re-print” fee, even though it was explained to her that I was never given a paper copy. If they printed the TOD, there would be no need for a re-print.

I’ve been with Westland for a number of years now and they’ve always been very helpful and reliable. Recently my insurance needs changed, and Vinni has gone above and beyond to make sure that I have the coverage that I need while providing clarity on very complex insurance inquiries. Can’t say thank you enough to Vinni for making everything so easy and seamless!

Since being taken over by Westland I have not had the phone answered by a person once. I have to leave a message and they will return my call typically in 24 hours. Not like before when you could call and talk to a real person right away. Very sad the erosion in service.
