Westoba Credit Union

I asked the teller for 2 rolls of loonies and gave her cash, she said. Ok and pull out the loonies. Then paused said it's actually ten cents for rolls now. I said okay and pulled out more cash. Then she said that she actually could give me the loonies because I didn't have an account. Terrible customer service. This bank has given me change before without an account and so does every other bank in canada. Not sure what's changed except this rude new teller. Had to drive an extra 20 minutes on my lunch break because of her. So much for eating.

I have so many accounts with this bank. I am so sick of the bad customer service online
Changing to another bank. Sad I have been with them for 35 years. Went downhill in the last 5 years.

These reviews are nuts, thank you for posting your experiences, I will not take my business to Westoba. I guess we can see why they had to close two locations huh.

HORRIBLE!
I don't recommend this bank to anyone, my dad went to pay the hydro bill and the next hydro bill they charge him extra because apparently he didn't pay the bill. He went to Westoba Credit Union bank to ask what happen and they realize the teller send the money to another account. We ask them to fix the problem and they said that will take 3 months to do it and my dad will have to pay $30. WHY? Why will take 3 months and my dad have to pay $30 for a mistake they made. WORST BANK EVER!

Worst bank I’ve ever been with. Banked with them for years now and all I got out of it was stupid fees and ridiculous random charges taken out of my account for no reason. Would not recommend.
