Went to Westwood lanes for a friends birthday. The staff were amazing and very happy to accommodate my onion allergy, I forgot people usually put onions on nachos and they were happy to give me a full plate free of onions. The lanes themselves are kept spotless and when we arrived we had the empty table by the alley set up all nicely for us! I value my privacy like most people do, you’ll be happy to know that the stall doors in the bathroom do in fact lock well which is comforting. It seems like an out of sight out of mind issue but you don’t realize how much of an inconvenience and panic attack it is until you get into a stall with a faulty lock on the door. All around extremely positive experience will definitely be coming back again!

I have to say Westwood Lanes were the real super stars this past Saturday. We held our daughter's 7th Birthday Party there. We purchased the Ultimate Kids package which included an hour of bowling, unlimited popcorn and pop, an hour in the party space afterwards and arcade cards. I made all of the arrangements ahead of time with the general manager, Zack. We emailed over the names, the pizza requests, pop requests. They were non stop attentive to our group. Constantly filling buckets and pitchers. They were so patient and thankfully kind about the popcorn being spilled all over the place. Every year is so hectic planning my child's Birthday and the staff at Westwood took so much of that pressure off of us.
Zack and his staff were very accommodating and friendly. We aren't strangers to the facility because we like to spend time in the arcade there during the week but this was our first time doing a party there. I encourage others to host a party with Westwood Lanes because they really do take care of everything! Thank you all again for your help, patience, set up, clean up and accommodating our group!

Came here on Tuesday for my Child's birthday just the two of us, It was quiet.we were the only ones there on Both sides, one side being the arcade room and the other side being the bowling alley. The games were fun. It is a little bit limited, so you can only spend so much time there before you get tired of playing them over again.
My 4-Year-old was More than happy with being there for an hour and a 1/2 with all the bright lights.
On the website, prices are wrong. It's much cheaper than what It says online. And on Tuesday, the number of tokens needed to play is actually half Off Not the price of the tokens itself. The games Required between 4 and 10 tokens I believe. There is a seating area, but it isn't able to look into the arcade. There is a wall there where the shop is for the prizes.
It is not accessible friendly for persons with mobility issues. As you do have to go down two flights of concrete stairs just to get to the basement front doors as well as inside, there are 3 small stairs that you go down.
The staff was friendly, they seemed a little bored, but were attentive When needed.
The bowling alley does do Neon lights after a certain time (10pm) and music. The food is also pretty good, They do sell liquor, ice cream, and slush puppies. And the menu is a decent size and fair prices.

My daughter had her birthday party there she and her friends had a blast so did the adults! We wanted to say that the staff was amazing very nice and always there to help out! Definitely would recommend coming here!

Squeezed my work team for multiple lanes on short notice. People loved the arcade. Prices for bowling were very affordable

Went for a tram building event here. The upgrades have been amazing. Way better than last time I was here years ago. The drinks list is fantastic and very diverse. The food is standard bar food but that was expected. The nachos were meh, not enough cheese which was all on top, and the chicken was just cut up chicken fingers. The salt and pepper wings were fantastic. Perfect balance. The bbq wings were meh. It's bar food so the finger food platter was what I expected. The lanes are very nice now, the scoring system was great and really enjoyed the time there.
