The receptionist is very bad! Aggressive attitude, they accidentally called me first but when I called back to ask. One of the staff blame me calling the wrong number! Very impatient!

We used this vet for almost two years but they did not always have my dogs lifesaving medication in stock and we always had to phone several days i advance. They did an FNA on a lump in my small dog and had it analysed. They failed to actually get enough cell samples for the lab. Oh well it happens sometimes was the attitude. We paid a few hundred for that failure. One vet, a woman, also tried shaming us into a surgery snd dental work to the tune of over $5K for a little girl who we rescued from the pound and probable euthanasia 8 years ago. I would not bring any of my three dogs here for those incidents and the fact we are on fixed incomes.

Fantastic experience at this veterinary clinic! Dr. Fetterly and assistant took lots of time addressing our concerns with our pet and offered lots of options complete with pricing and no pressure to do any of the costly tests. Left very satisfied with a couple of treatment options to try. Highly recommend and little to no wait time to have our dog assessed!

I feel like this place has went downhill over the years. They seem so rushed yet their sign says they're accepting more customers.

Thanks to the amazing team for their support and excellent care of both my foster cats and kittens (Winnipeg Kitten Adoption) as well as my own pets. The care has been amazing with my little one including calls to check on him and alter medication as needed.

I highly recommend! Dr. Zloty is the most caring and informative veterinarian I've ever had the pleasure of conversing with. Her enthusiasm accompanied with her indepth knowledge, experience, and bedside manner is more than any pet owner could ask for! I came there with a bit of a complicated situation and medical needs and the whole team there went above and beyond to accommodate me and my kitty. I'm so happy I chose this vet. Thank you so so much Dr. Zloty! (The prices are very fair as well).

I changed from another vet and I found that this one was a lot more informative and helpful. The staff is very friendly, and Dr. Fetterly is very pleasant and shows that she cares about your concerns and your pet.
For such a fast paced environment and busy days such as Saturdays, it is unfortunate that they do not have enough technologists or doctor's working. All in all, the service is amazing!

Was skeptical to try a new vet but after coming here, I’ll be going nowhere else. Great service and professionalism, makes me feel confident my animals are in trusted hands and handled with care!

I bring my dog Billy and they handled her great! The doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all the questions I had about my pet's exam. The ladies at the front desk were very patient and sweet.

Took my dog here a while ago. Went in and said my dogs leg was having a problem. I mentioned that he didn't wanna get off the cement downstairs. The vet said that sounds like something in the stomach. She recommended getting an x-ray. (I thought it was gonna include my dogs leg) I got the xray and it was a picture of my dogs stomach. I went in there for advise on my dogs leg and they didn't even do an x-ray on his leg.
Then when I said it wasn't of his leg she suggested another x-ray.
The following week they changed the company name and said it's under new management but the same vet is there. I never left somewhere ever being so disappointed in my life. Almost 2 hundred dollars and I left literally feeling robbed.

I work for an animal rescue and this is often where we take our animals for vet care. They have always been kind, gentle and thorough with our animals. Polite and knowledgeable staff!

Love all the amazing staff at Westwood! Everyone takes the time to listen to my animals health concerns and offer great treatment options. An added bonus is how much my pup loves coming to visit!

Veterinarian seemed nice an knowledgeable. I found the lady at the front desk rude and not very customer friendly. I had questions about treating my pets condition and found that the communication with this facility frustrating. They gave little info into my pets condition and expected me to pay for testing without any explanation as to why it was necessary. If my pet needs it I understand but I have some unanswered questions and feel ther communication was lacking.

Great vet hospital in the St. James area! Some of the best people I’ve interacted with. They really make you feel at home and made my little doggy feel comfortable. Recommend to everyone in the area.

The entire staff are knowledgeable, empathetic, professional, and show passion for their roles. Unexpectedly, we had to let one of our fur babies, Juno, cross over to rainbow bridge, and the staff made a difficult and gut renching situation manageable for our family.
They also meet our Nena with open arms, understanding of her anxiety and compassion every 4-6 weeks for her nail trims.
We would recommend this clinic if you wish to have your fur babies treated like family. Thank you to all the staff.

The staff at Westwood Vet hospital is amazing! My dogs love coming in for a visit. Regardless of which doctors we see, I know they all work together for the best interest of my furbabies! Plus the renovations have made the clinic so inviting:) thanks!

Dr. Kovacs and the team at Westwood Veterinary Hospital are amazing. They always go above and beyond with the best treatment and care for our fur babies. Staying late to provide extra care in emergencies and making sure both the animals and fur parents are well taken care of. Would highly recommend this team for veterinary care. The vets here take the time to listen and are very good at explaining things in layman’s terms.
