Just change the attitude and aptitude of your receptionist. I think she's there because needs to speak her own language with your patients and she needs to be sure before assuming. Otherwise excellent service, thanks Dr Ahweng and the last receptionist who attended us.

Not sure if he is blind or stupid, or both? He missed a massive terratoma in my ovary and recommended hormones when I had a family history of breast cancer. His medical recommendation was to suffer. The correct course of treatment was a bilateral oophorectomy. Cancer care cleaned up his mess.

Walk in actually opens 10: 30am and not 8 as stated. Drove down only to be given phone consultation which was supposed to be from 11am-4pm was at 6: 15pm.
Actually, consultation was good.

Visited today. A really pos experience - reception staff were very kind & friendly, the waiting room was comfortable, Dr. B.was concientious & kind. And they're open on Saturday!

Prompt service polite and efficient was in and out in 30 mins would highly recommend

Nice place but the wait can be very agitating especially if you do walk in (but hey, that's a typical walk-in for ya so take my comment with a grain of salt). If you have an appointment it's hit and miss if you get in within 15 minutes but they really do their best. My only complaint is those damn uncomfortable seats compared to the ones that used to have. My family doctor works there and he's fantastic and the girls in the front and in the lab are very polite and always have a smile on their face. The pharmacy next door are quick to fill prescriptions with little wait time and they're dispensing fees are pretty easy on the pocketbook.
