It's a nice course but not easy for the average hacker. Longer layout than a typical city course. Greens are in great shape.

$125 for 2 green fees and a cart. A little steep for this pasture. Greens were good, the fairways were decent, some of the rough could stop a charging rhino.
If you're looking for a straightforward course with no elevation changes, very little water and less sand, this is the spot.

- ball machine on driving range ate our money
- carts in rough shape
- ordered cookies from the kitchen but backed out when I found out they were stored in a bowl that was half full of water.
- grass long enough to loose a ball in the second cut
- only group out there but we still had to wait on every tee box on the back nine because the grounds keepers cut in front of us teeing off to change pin locations. Then they waved at us to hit at them in stead of getting off the greens.
- 2 stars because ham sandwich was decent.

New owners, really put some pride into getting that course back into the shape it was many years ago. Had a great time, perfect greens. Definitely back on the list of weekend destinations!

Whispering Winds golf course in my opinion is a 5 star golf course. The fairways are soft, green and Beautifully taken care of by the grounds keepers. The course layout itself is challenging enough for an experienced golfer yet perfect for someone who is just learning how to play the game also. The green fees are very reasonable. The Staff who work there are super friendly. I believe the whole golf experience at Whispering Winds will leave you with such a great feeling that you will return again and again just like my Brothers and I do ever since we discovered this gem just outside of the city. Were not great golfers but we sure have a great experience golfing there. Try this course out, I promise, you won't regret it.
