Staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Moritz was great with our bunny. They were very compassionate, thorough and shared lots of great bunny knowledge with us.:)

I have 3 dogs that I bring here and the consistent quality care that they receive by Dr Val is unmatched. They truly care about your pet and always put my dog’s health and wellness first. I highly recommend them!

If I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would. You will not find another clinic with such lovely, compassionate people as you will here. The veterinarians and staff are all amazing people who care. I have been steadily pushing all of my friends and coworkers to this clinic for their pets. I've always had pets and have been to a LOT of clinics in the city, but I never really had a particular place I LOVED - well this is it. They're stuck with me and my animals for ever now!

I’ve brought my pets here for years, and have worked with both Drs Moritz and Davison. Both are exceptional vets who take the time to explain everything and answer all of your questions. They are both so compassionate and the office staff is also exceptional. They are great with exotics as well as dogs and cats. I will never take my animals anywhere else.

Although Dr. Davidson is our regular vet (and we adore him!), I think I've used all of the vets here at one time or another for urgent matters, and they are all fantastic. I know how hard it can be to find a vet whose judgment you can trust no matter what, and I always am reassured that my dog and cats are in great hands here.

I highly recommend Dr. Davidson for anyone looking for an avian vet! He is so kind and caring and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was very delicate and gentle while handling our little bird and put both her and us at ease. He’s extremely knowledgeable and we are very thankful for his help in treating our sick little cockatiel.

I absolutely love this place for my cat, the service is amazing and I know that they are always looking out and wanting the best for my pet. All the veterinarians and vet techs are awesome and are so friendly every time I come in. While they may not be the closest vet to me, it is definitely worth the drive so I know that my cat and I will have the best experience possible.

I wound not recommend taking any small animal pets to this clinic. Particularly “pocket pet” to be seen y Dr. Moritz. She can “appear” nice initially until you realize she isn’t a skilled vet as someone would clearly want for their little pet. Communication is usually one way and our little guys have enough going against them when time short life span etc, to have to yet struggle when a very incompetent vet (at least and it comes to smaller exotics.

Dr. Moritz’ calm and approachable demeanour sets her apart. Her empathetic approach to the practice does not discount her astounding capabilities to diagnose and treat with the utmost confidence. A blend of informative communication and patience with owners, creates a positive experience time and time again.
The team is amazing! Will not go anywhere else.

Dr Davidson is an incredible vet! He is well researched, thorough, and very kind. Our two puppies love him. We have complete trust in him. He detected some issues that no other vets had noticed before. In the past, we had received dental cleanings from other vets, which left our small puppy with diarrhea and nausea. Not with Dr Davidson. The dosage was right and there were minimal side effects. Dr Davidson will call us with information and take extra care. Amazing. We are loyal to Whyte Ridge!

We have been with Dr. Val and the team at Whyte Ridge since they opened their doors.it's a bit of a drive for us, but so worth it. Caring, knowledgeable, and our dogs love Dr. Val.

The Doctor & Assistant were very helpful, i had brought my bearded dragon in to get checked out, they helped me out with the diet, nutrition & overall well beeing of my Beardie Lenny! Thanks so much to the staff!

We saw Dr. Moritz for our cat and she was absolutely incredible. I don’t want to sound ridiculous here but, she may be the best veterinarian in the entire world. We have seen a lot of vets over the years and she by far trumps them all. So professional, very sweet and extremely thorough. She addressed all of my concerns and clearly loves animals. She really put myself (and our kitty) at ease. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Moritz for all of your pets needs.

Absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, and detailed service! My leopard gecko has been seen by Dr. Davidson before and he was great! But we saw Dr. Moritz recently and she was more than helpful! So precise, friendly, professional, and takes her time with you and your pet. I'm still so impressed with her and her continued service. She gets back to my emails or any concerns I have in a great time frame and is lovely to work with, has great information and listens to all your concerns and addresses them. 100% recommend her and this clinic! She clearly has a passion for the industry, especially still being compassionate about my gecko after she bit her ️ Thank you!

Dr Moritz is truly great! I’m so grateful to have found an amazing vet. She’s personable, friendly, understanding, and very thorough.
The clinic always ensures they can see my pet when something arises, and get back to me via email or phone promptly. Staff members call for a couple days after procedures to see how things are going. Recommend 100%:)

She called us to check in on him regularly. She has a true love and passion for animals. Her calm, kind demeanor helped my boy right to the end.

Best vet hospital in the city! Staff and Doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. They follow up every time after our dog have treatment there. Very reliable, highly recommended.

Dr. Moritz really loves animals and she definitely goes above and beyond to ensure their health. I had gone to other vets b4 with my previous pet and so few vet out there actually care. Would highly recommend.

A good vet is worth their weight in gold and Dr Davidson is outstanding. I will never switch vets because of the genuine care and expertise he has shown my dog and I. Amazing staff all around, from the techs to the vets, everyone cares.

Couldn't ask for a better Dr.for my puppy! My puppy has been in to see Dr. Val 4 times in the past month. He has been so great with him and excellent as explaining how to take precaution from infection happening again. Highly recommend this place! Staff are also great and you can usually get in same day to see a Dr.

Absolute fantastic service here. We have a small green cheek conure parrot and had to bring it in for a blood test. They were all skillful and very gentle to our little bird. My sincere thanks go out to all of the staff and especially to Dr Davidson.
