First time here, and had the wood fired pizza.

Crust was wonderful - thin and crispy. Amount of cheese was good and mushrooms were fresh. However, the pepperoni was a bit bland, missing both salt and spice.

The sauce appeared to be homemade, but was rather sour, with lots of acid, and no spice or sugar counterbalance to it. Was more typical of a marinara than a pizza sauce.

Pizza was OK, but could be one of the best with just a few more tweaks.

Atmosphere was neat sitting outside, and staff were helpful and pleasant.

Also watched people with crepes, and they look fantastic. May have to try one of them instead next visit.

A pretty good experience. We come here about once a year for a fancy crepe (the Decadent crepe!). On the weekend there is BBQ ribs and chicken (call ahead, it sells out) And of course, the normal things on a menu like the burgers and fries and wood fired pizza are pretty good too. The pizza is really nice. But the crepes and BBQ are specifically impressive crowd pleasers. A nice place if you're going to take your family out, most kids will find something on this menu that's okay and the adults can enjoy a nicer meal too.

The menu is a single page. There are vegetarian salads but probably not the best option if you want more than a salad and fries and are vegan or vegetarian. A gluten free eater might get a baked potato and ribs. Options without pork too, such as chicken.

Decent wine menu. Modest patio, raised and covered. Interior has a small shop with jewellery, moccasins and fudge. And succulents.

There are a couple of steps to get into the patio directly, though I believe there's also a ramp to get in from the antique store side. There are a few outside picnic benches by the BBQ if someone couldn't get into the restaurant with their wheelchair too. The patio is basically what you'd get if you were in a cabin, so you know, it's not really private but it's a nice place to spend an hour with a drink and some food and enjoy the evening without being eaten by mosquitos.

Staff are nice and accommodating with questions and requests.

Came for the first time for lunch on Wednesday. Food was pretty good! Server Jack was very pleasant and helpful. Very quick service.

Came to try some crepes. Ended up also having a half rack of ribs. It was all great. The ribs were fall off the bone and the crepes were beautiful and delicious!

Very cool environment, can look around at antiques and the greenhouse. Possibly the best pizza we have ever had! Drunken chicken pizza was amazing. Service was also spectacular!

Great experience. Food is really great. There home made fries taste awesome. Specially the new owners are very polite and welcoming. Will definitely visit there again

I got a menu inside myself and seated myself at a table outside. Owner gave me the menu. Waited 30 minutes to place my order. Then waited over 30 minutes for my food. I ordered a fruit crepe and a bowl of Chili, order should have taken minutes to make. Was about to leave and food finally came. Chili was so spicy, could barely eat it. Now have upset stomach. Service was extremely slow, restaurant wasn’t busy. And food was pricey and sub par. Disappointing Fathers Day lunch.

Had the gluten free crust pizza. The pizza was average. Within an hour got very sick. If i didnt get sick i'd rate the pizza a 3 and overall exp. 4. Please if you have gluten free items on your menu make sure it's made with zero cross-contamination. People with celiac get very sick. Service was extremely friendly and I love the location. I plan on coming back.

Very rude. Only place in town to have a washroom, won't let you use it unless you wait 25 minutes for a table. Not community centered. Do better

Excellent service, great staff, food was too tasty as well and very fast service. You should try the emporium burger and the homemade fries. Those were great.

The new owners went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful dinner.
The food is incredible. Had the drunken chicken crepe and shared the maple banana crepe.

We came with a large group for a birthday party and the owners were the most gracious hosts! We all had a variety of different foods like apples, burgers, pizzas to their new, authentic Indian dishes and everyone raved about the food. The Indian dishes are fresh and delicious and so welcome in our area! Will come back again and again!

Incredible service and delicious food! A great local family owned business - perfect destination on your next snowmobile ride or road trip in the Gimli/Matlock area. We can’t wait for the summer to check out their patio!
