I have been wanting to check this place from the time they moved to New location and glad I did.

Amazing customer service and great inventory of items. This is my new outdoor adventure spot.

My family and I rented one of the red canoe for a week and i at least feel that we were ripped off. The red canoe we were given is extremely unstable and has no balance to it. Both times we've attempted to use it it has capsized on us. I have been canoeing from a young age and this is a very disappointing experience.

First time in the store. Lots of products to look at, great selection camping gear, water sports and of clothes too. Staff was friendly and approachable. A few cute bags as well! I've driven past here so many times but had never gone in before. Hand sanitizer at the entrance/exit. A great selection of pfd's.

I ordered a few paddling accessories online from Wilderness Supply and the experience was awesome! Their emails kept me in the loop and the package got here quickly - faster than I expected. And their price was sharper than other Canadian paddles shops I checked.

Bought a PFD at Wilderness Supply. Staff were awesome! They have a great selection of PFDs and are very knowledgeable and helpful. I tried on over 10 different brands until I found exactly the right fit for me and appropriate for SUP. Thank you Sandy and Nick (hope I got your names right!).

An outdoor/camping/hiking store with great stock and very knowledgeable staff! They even had a couple canoes that werent sold!

Item was delivered promptly and was exactly as described. The entire process from searching the online store, to purchase and then delivery was very smooth.

Bought two kayaks in July, 2021, however due to Covid there were shipping delays and kayaks weren’t delivered until the end of October! Regardless, all staff including Jocelyn, Sandy and Thalia, who helped with the final sale and helped load the kayaks on my truck, were very courteous and extremely helpful keeping me updated on the status of my order.
