If honesty, integrity and trust is important to you, then Joseph Sharif is the person to see.
We received nothing but the best service from him and Melissa during the entire process.
We were given ALL the information we needed to know from sales to financing, everything was printed in black and white.
Joseph even went as far as getting us into a large loaner vehicle to use for our son’s birthday weekend, while we waited for our van to be ready for pickup. If that isn’t great service then I don’t know what is! We highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle with Team Foui. You’ll be glad you did, I know we are!

I recently visited Winnipeg Honda with my Honda Civic due to a concerning clicking noise near the engine on the right side. Despite having both the standard and extended warranties for the car, the service experience was far from satisfactory.

Upon arrival, I was assured that if a fault was found, it would be covered under warranty. However, after their diagnosis, they informed me that they couldn’t find any fault. To my surprise, I was charged $159 just for this diagnostic service. This was unexpected and quite frustrating, considering the warranties I had.

The situation escalated when I spoke to the manager, Tom Theissen. His response was extremely unprofessional and disheartening. He stated, “IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS IN SERVICE, DON’T BRING YOUR CAR HERE. ” Such a statement is not only unhelpful but also reflects poorly on the customer service ethos of the dealership.

Based on my experience, I advise caution to potential customers considering Winnipeg Honda for their service needs. The lack of problem resolution, unexpected charges, and poor customer service interaction have led me to suggest looking elsewhere for reliable car service.

I had really bad experience with service department. Well i booked an appointment for oil change as well as my car was making some weird clicking noise when i dropped off my car to KRISTA. While car pickup time your attitude states everything about you. I don’t understand why would you guys charge this much. As i bought my car a year ago and its still under the warranty. Anyways, all of the sudden they change the statements and said there is nothing wrong with the car and they charge me $79 for just diagnosing. If i had to pay $70 to Honda from where I bought the car and its under warranty i would have gone to some another service center and it would have more respectful customer service then this Biased treatment. They argued alot even though the assistant manager of service department TOM said "IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH THE SERVICE DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE" that’s very disrespectful and unprofessional.
I paid all the amount they charged me for no reason except the oil change i would never visit them again but i noted your words TOM thankyou, will not come back and i wont recommend my friend and family to give them business.

Thang (Lennon) is the best product advisor ever we have had. He is very delicated and polite, answer detailed to every questions. We have had a very good experience when purchased a new car here.

Had a great time at Winnipeg Honda with Andy Chan, Kamara Henry and Adheesh Nagar. We bought what we wanted and received excellent service. Kamara was very helpful in showing us how the car operates and we are very grateful for his expertise. Andy was extremely patient with us, listened to our concerns and got us the car we wanted. We look forward to many years of trouble-free driving.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner and he gave me his email. I emailed him that same day. Been over a week and still has yet to call me or email me back. WHATS CUSTOMER SERVICE?
Took my 2018 civic in for service and they charged me for 2 front brake rotors without my legal consent. I didnt want them replaced because i had just paid last year to have them replaced and only drove about 7000km since they were put on. Iv phoned and asked the for the service manager to call me back twice and still havent heard back from them. Might have to take them to small claims court just out of principal cause they think they can get away stealing 250$ from people and get away with it cause i will get frustrated and give up.

Having been in the market for a car myself, I was keen to observe their service quality, but what I witnessed was deeply disappointing and a decisive factor against purchasing from them.

Despite assurances that any faults found would be covered under my friend’s comprehensive warranty, the dealership’s approach was far from satisfactory. They failed to identify any issue yet charged an exorbitant $159 for the diagnosis. This fee seemed unjustified, particularly given the warranty coverage.

Moreover, the interaction with the staff, especially the manager Tom Theissen, was shockingly dismissive. His statement, “IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS IN SERVICE, DON’T BRING YOUR CAR HERE, ” was not only unprofessional but also completely contrary to what one would expect in terms of customer service.

This experience at Winnipeg Honda was an eye-opener. Their inability to effectively diagnose the issue, coupled with unjustified charges and dismal customer service, has strongly influenced my decision against purchasing a car from them. I would caution others to reconsider their options before seeking service or purchasing from this dealership.

Brought my civic in for regular maintenance and inspection. Winnipeg Honda identified a good number of problems that had arisen since the last visit and was able to fix them all within the day. Zero complaints here, the car is 11 years old and runs smoothly again!

We were shopping for a mini van where Charlie and Manoo made the process seamless. Any questions were answered immediately over email or text as we live 3 hours away. Brought our 7 month old and her Grandma with us to pick the van up and everyone made the process super simple and enjoyable with having a small baby there. Very professional and knowledgeable would recommend buying your next vehicle here!
