Just wanted to mention that the Customer service at this location is so poor and they never been helpful to me not even once they have 0 experience, in the same time when I go to another branch I get it done so easy and smooth but this location wasn’t helpful at all

They have no record of me renewing my policy there, though I did. At the time of renewal I asked for loss of vehicle insurance and yet my policy does not reflect that.

Went here with my brother and we were serviced by "Megan". She made it a smooth and easy process for us and made sure to go over all the pros and cons of our options. Very knowledgeable in her understanding of the policies and I hope this branch continues to hire more excellent competent people.
