This is my second time dealing with Kia waverly. Whenever anybody think about buying a car make sure to go to Justin Thomas at Kia waverly. He has more than 20 years of experience in selling cars. He sold me 2020 toyata corolla first. We really liked it. Such an amazing vehicle. Now I got a Toyata Prius V 2017. Again had a great dealing experience with this guy. Kia is a reliable brand, and I have a Kia Sportage 2019 in China. When I arrived Winnipeg, I booked a Telluride 2023 in January, and I received a 2024. This is my second Kia. I'm so lucky! I appreciate all the staff, especially my sales Cong Wang. He is frank and helpful. He kept an eye on the information about my order until I got my car. In such a shortage of cars in Canada, I got the car smoothly and without a price increase. A very satisfying experience.

Josh Ma was incredibly unprofessional and uninterested in showing us our options under our budget. We expect more from customer service. I wonder how customers are even thinking to come here.you can do better man! Customer satisfaction is everything here!

Waste of time! I expressed interest in a 2023 soul and booked a test drive with Cong Wang. I live an hour outside of the city so was very excited to come in. Upon arrival he pulled around a 2016 model and tried to say its the same! If I am expected to spend big dollars on a vehicle I want to see the ACTUAL product not a car 7 years old. Walked out immediately

Justin is very knowledgeable about Kia and was able to answer all questions. He was prompt at responding to requests. He definitely went the extra distance to satisfy our needs. Both he and Leo are genuinely great people to help their customers as demonstrated to my wife and I. Lol, my wife would not pose with me in the photo- just Justin and I!

Please don’t come to this dealership as they provide disinformation and misleading so try to grab money from you even though you’re car is still under warranty.

I went to them as my car is still under 5 year’s warranty and my AC was having some trouble since last summer 2022. The cold air coming on and off. So I asked the service desk Shelby/if I remember other guy name (Darren), they mentioned you are good to go as you are completely under warranty. But on the day of appointment they said it will be 139 plus tax for AC inspection if there is no fault or parts needed. Then on the phone told me rather pay 13 plus tax or fix your AC pay 335 including tax as AC gas need to top up and no leaks or parts needed.
I am not happy with there services as what they say is not same as the will do. They did the same thing when I bought my Car from them in 2018.
I was still giving them 6 leads and they did not gave me any referrals. If they treat me well then I was thinking to upgrade to Telluride and also refer my brother their but not anymore. I like kia cars so will go to another dealer but not winnipeg Kia at waverly.

Please do not come to them again, if you like KiA then try another dealers of KiA.

I just bought a 2023 Kia Forte. Had a great experience, definitely recommend for your car buying needs. Josh was very helpful and it all went very smooth.

Don't buy replacement policy from the winnipeg kia. It's such a big fraud they told that you can save you money 40 dollar every month but it's totally lied.

Also I got really got deal for my car and insurance so it was overall an excellent experience. I am loving my car its smooth, comfortable and value for money.

Fantastic Service Dept.
Had to have engine work done on an Optima. I dealt with Brendan Trach the Service Mgr. He informed me of what needed to be done. He kept me continually advised of the status of the incoming parts during the Christmas period. He confirmed when all parts were in and when the car was expected to be ready. In all my years of dealing with different service departments I have never had this level of communication and followup. Usually you have to call to get info, Brendan was proactive and on top of things. Brendan runs a very professional service department. I highly recommend WPC Kia's Service Dept.
