Winnipeg Nails

Please keep someone in the store who can speak in ENGLISH to communicate with customer! This is the second time, i called in prior to the appointment regarding nail refill! After walking for 15mins in the snow when i reached the store, the lady started saying you say manicure, you say manicure no nails. WTH I CALLED IN AND TOOK THE APPOINTMENT PROIOR. YOU ATLEAST NEED TO KEEP SOMEONE IN THE FRONT DESK WHO CAN SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS FLUENTLY.

Upset that I booked my appointment fort a certain time, arrived on time. A customer that had missed there appointment was taken for my slot and I had to wait an hour and more while they did a full set of nails on her. Store was closing in less than an hour, they rushed my service and and made me very upset about how little attention they payed to my nails. Shape was awful…. Sat there for almost 2 1/2. Very Disappointed

Even though I made a reservation, they made me wait more than half an hour and the service was short and rush and the result was messy and not satisfying. Never wanna go back.

I love my nails! They gave wonderful service with great timing and very patient with a detailed customer. Will definitely recommend to everyone and I will be going again:)

I visited for the first time this weekend and had to write about how happy I was with the experience. The team gave me a pedicure, manicure and sugar scrub all at once and I was very satisfied. I was really pleased with how efficient they were, how clean the space is and the price was very competitive. I was looking for a simple clean-up, exfoliation, and polish and I left extremely fulfilled and would return again.

Good clean place with excellent service. I get basic mani-pedis done here on a walk-in basis. Very reasonable prices

I had a shellac manicure done. My nails were not even filed, and some polish on cultícles Within one day a nail had chipped. The next day two more, so I returned to have them redone. She had to trim my cuticles further on the affected nails. Now another nail is chipped so I’m writing this poor review. All my nails should have been re-done. I won’t be returning.
