Excellent food… BUT… I bought their famous foot long wieners for 16.99
and seen the exact same ones in another store for 14.99.
YOU’D THINK… their prices would be cheaper. Shame on you Old Country Sausage.

I don't know where to start, quality #1 but I think it's the local mentality that really makes this place shine. They took care of their people throughout the pandemic kept delivering the unique and tasty that we all know and love.when it comes to supporting local this should be your first choice!

I pick up pepperoni for people I care about once in awhile. Must be really good because they keep wanting more

My Wife and I have been buying " Winnipeg Old Country " Meats from " Cantor's Deli/Meats " counter, In-Store at Freshco, St. ANNE'S/Fermor since they opened back in Spring, anyways, No Complaints, Always Fresh, Tasty Delicious PproductPWOCWinniOCountry Meat

Their pepperettes were quite good, was eager to try the farmer sausage but friend and I had a falling out. He took it with him Maybe next time lol

I'm from Saskatchewan and after a quick Google search i realized i had to try their smokies. Grabbed a package regular, Italian, cheese & jalapeno. All were exceptional quality and lean. The only negative would be the natural casing which makes it hard to cut through with your teeth. My solution for this is to slice the smokie every 3/4 inch so the piece will break off. Quality, quality, quality!

Whenever I barbecue for a crowd, I always buy my hot dogs here. Their skinless smokies have that snap when you bite into them that you won't get with any of the plastic wieners, and the smokey flavour is firm without being overwhelming

Winnipeg Old Country is the best place in Winnipeg to buy the tastiest meat. They are really friendly. They make you feel like family.
