I got my braces on in 2019. Went through an intense lower jaw surgery in 2022. I was able to get my braces off in 2033. Dr. Robertson was very supportive throughout it all. I was able to get my appointments scheduled very quickly. All the staff 10/10 always super nice and made sure I was comfortable through everything.

A Dr.has forgot to send a letter to my son's dentist for almost 2 months because the dentist haven't received the letter yet. When I called the office, she was on holidays. This was very frustrating. The office's reaction was good though.

I have dealt with Winnipeg Orthodontic Group for about 5 years now. Through adult braces, a jaw surgery and retainer followup they have always been kind, communicative, available and best of all the results are fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Tsang for your orthodontic needs. We tried other providers and her consult intitially was much more thorough and specific and gave me a better idea of what the process would be like and no corners were cut as a result. When you speak to her you will be reassured. She makes data based reasonable promises and over delivers results. If I had to do it again I'd do it here. Great experience. Or as great as braces can be!
