Super happy to discover this store online while I was looking for something to cover my face while I cycle through the winter. Picked up 2 different types of masks and they arrived within a week, will definitely come back to look for anything I can't find in my local stores.

Bought a muskrat online, it took 8 days from time of purchase just for them to put it out for delivery. I paid a premium for a quick delivery, for no reason.

I finally get my package… they sent me a beaver instead of the muskrat I paid for.

I called and explained what happened, no sorry or interest in making things right.

I made arrangements for an exchange and was assured that the muskrat would be held until they get the beaver back, the exchange would happen then….

Instead, I was sent a receipt for a refund that was not itemized, I couldn’t tell if I got the premium delivery costs in the refund…
I just needed to be done with this mess, I didn’t even call clarification.
Doesn’t anyone care about service anymore? Super disappointed.

I made an online order. I really appreciate that they contacted me regarding not having a size available.

They offered me other options and or a refund.
I chose the refund as nothing else would work.

Not a very noticeable place, but there are some good clothes, but most of the prices are either the same as in the original store or slightly lower

I’m a crafter of native goods so if you’re looking for furs or leather selection this is not where you go. If you want already made then you go here. Prices for leather and fur are higher and quality of tanned fur and leather isn’t the best.

My friend bought columbia jackets for very cheap and got myself a nice van hoodie for a decent price. Overall a very nice store with excellent prices.

Bought 2 hats at over 700.00 for the extreme winters in sask.they send me horribly made hats with stitching missing and sheds in the leather stings, admit that they outsource to someone else and they knew about the defects and sent anyways! I sent back both hats and conveniently they haven't shown up yet. It's been going on 2 months and no refund no word from them. Rude representatives, poor Chinese made quality and I thought I was supporting a small business in canada that was canadian made.they used to be Canadian.smfh

Advertised boxing week sale. Nowhere does it say on line only. We drive in from out of town find the hat i wanted. Paid for it and was charged full price. Went back in store and they said online only. Mean while i can order and pick it up there. Would never of driven in to winnipeg if it said on line only. Will never be back to Winnipeg Outfitters.

Practice of posting pics of people who may/have stolen is an archaic way of thinking loss prevention issues can be resolved. Don't shop here.

A lot of options for quality winter wear. I bought Manitobah mukluks, lots of great options too.

What an awesome store! I was suggested to visit while I was in Winnipeg for work. They have everything you'd need for winter, and have locally made indigenous articles (mocassins, gloves, hats, etc.). They had great deals, and I finally got myself a real fur hat

Not impressed with customer service. They were unable to answer basic questions like sizing. No products available and rushed to get me off phone. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Saw this place driving by and decided to pop in on my way back.

They have lots of good stuff for the winter. I am guessing going by the name that they know what is needed for the weather here.

Well priced and a good collection.

Place could definitely do with some better organising of the products and some friendly staff too.
