I Went there last wednesday December 8th. I was just coming back from Silom Mission from volunteering a shift. I am a member of a credit union, and I asked for change for the bus. They refused to help me, saying i had to be a member? ! Tell me how they can get away with this? ! I just walked out and thought.discrimination. I am a credit union member and they couldn't even give me change? Ridiculous. They looked at me like i was foreign or second class. This was just another reason I am glad I filed a complaint previously with LERA. There needs to be changes. You cant say to someone you will NOT service them unless you are a member! I AM A CREDIT UNION MEMBER. What gives his credit union Special treatment to only specific members? ! Human rights issue? ! Disgusting. Oh, the clerk said. "you can go giant Tiger? To get change? " thanks but no thanks. This needed to be told. I will not stay quiet

They know exactly who i am every time i walk through the doors, by name and i have had nothing less that spectacular service every single time

I've been a client/member for.well.a loooong time and have always had top notch service. I have had numerous loans and mortgages over the years as well as doing most of my daily banking.
The personal touch provided by the senior lender Trevor has been a steadfast 12/10. He in particular knows me, my financial circumstances and what I'm trying to achieve, unlike a bank I seldom do business with where the loans folks "put on their game face and tell you what the corporation wants" I get the real deal from Trevor. At the risk of blowing too much smoke up his butt:) I will add that all the staff are top notch.
On a side note. The Manager has recently changed and I'm not familiar with him or his policies but if he's like the fabulous last manager (Mike) he will be great!
So.long story short.this is as good as it gets in the banking world.do business here or get 2nd class treatment elsewhere.
