Great experience! Called them just before noon on a whim thinking they would be busy for the day and I would have to arrange it for another time. They were here by early afternoon, same day. They changed the lock out and set it up so I can finally lock & unlock my front door! 3 years in this house and I have never been able to lock or unlock my front door with a key. Wish I had done it sooner! Quick, painless, tidy, & very considerate of my ever-attempting escape-artist cats. Definitely recommend.

Tumbler broke on the car. The receptionist said the lock smith would have to assess first when we already knew what the problem was. So I am left stranded and have to call a different company. Thanks guys. Youre the best.

Update: got the problem resolved with another company. It was the wafers in the tumbler that had to be replaced. I have seen how the business responded to this review. My advice is to improve your processes and not upset or offend your potential customers. Improve your customer service.
