This was our first time selling our home and Gino made everything go as smoothly as we could have ever asked for. Our baby was due in less than 2 weeks, so timing was of the essence to say the least. Gino got our house listed and sold extremely quickly without any hiccups. I went into labour the day before our house hit the market, and was so grateful that we didn't have to worry about a thing regarding the sale of our house during such a crazy time. Gino assured us that he had it all under control and we were able to just focus on being new parents. Gino is professional, trustworthy, always quick to communicate and keep you in the loop, and is very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. He was such a pleasure to work with and we will 100% be using him again. If you need someone to sell your house, Gino is your guy!

As first time home buyers Gino was the absolute best. We felt we could trust him from the first meeting, and that he really listened to us our wants and needs regarding looking for our perfect home. He did set us up on an automatic realtor listings page. However, never followed up with me on anything. I am quite disappointed in the service and I would not recommend him.
