Well, when the tech and sales man came out Jan 15 they were great.

Jan 17 a crew came out to install my new furnace. The workmanship was sloppy and I was asked to sign off on things before the job was complete. After all was said and done I have a significant gap around the filter. This needs to be fixed. Communication back from Winnipeg Supply was lacking and I had to call them back again the today to find out what was going on. (I have to wait for a call back next week when parts arrive?) The team will need to come back out to my home 2 more times to complete a job that should have been done properly the first time. Talk about inconvenience.and loss of $$ on my end for them to fix they're error.

Matt Brown did a thorough job on the maintenance on our furnace was a pleasure to talk to. Very informative to things relating to furnace and ducting. Thanks Matt.

Chris and Deran were here this afternoon and were very professional and competed the removal and installation of our new furnace in under three hours. We were really pleased with how smoothly everything went. We definitely would recommend them and your company to anyone who asks.

Jose arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our furnace and advised us of an issue with our humidifier.

My furnance was working fine and needed it’s yearly cleaning. Two men came and “cleaned it” Now my furnace will not fire or stop running. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I phoned to have them look at the issue they created. Don was extremely rude to me and made excuses why he wouldn’t help me. I called College Electric and they came within a half hour.

I will never use this awful, rude service again. If they want business, they sure know what Not to do.

Also, their pricing is outrageous and just wanted a send a salesmen so I would buy a new furnace at almost double the cost as other companies. They are DEAD to Me… and everyone I tell about how awful they are now.

Annual furnace service. In and out in 60 mins. Clean. Left the place exactly as he found it. Friendly but not overly so. Got to work and finished quickly.

We purchased and had a new furnace installed. Winnipeg Supply customer services was prompt in replying, the sales person John was professional and friendly and the installers Chris and Deran were professional and efficient, cleaning everything up when the job was completed

Just had my air conditioner checked for the summer. Jose came at the scheduled time and was very quick, efficient, personable and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend Winnipeg Supply or Jose for any heating or air conditioning needs.

Hoang came quickly to fix a furnace water leak and fixed a drain pipe at no charge. He was fast, polite and courteous. He saved me alot of worry. He did not even charge me.

They used sharkbite fittings, very messy Install, tank not secured, PEX is strained, very poor quality job

Marc & James did a fabulous job putting in my new furnace. They were professional, informative, efficient and friendly.
