Reed was the rep who helped me and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything to me so I felt comfortable and he even transferred a phone for me from another store. I’m so happy I stopped at this location! I plan to come back when my contract needs to be renewed. He needs a raise or some sort of recognition. Thanks so much!

I bought a phone from Reed on Black Friday. His service was exceptional! If everyone was as kind and efficient as he was I would not be so reticent to shop at a kiosk.

I went here the other day to purchase a new phone and change providers. Reed was very helpful with the process, very knowledgeable and efficient.

Edit: knocking down a star because they didn’t mention there was a connection fee. Just found out today and was super surprised because I’ve not had to pay such an insane connection fee in any country I’ve visited, so it would’ve been nice if they mentioned that while I was buying the SIM card

The company do not fulfill its obligations. Few months ago I bought a phone and manager suggest me to buy screen coverage protection and explained to me that if something happens with my screen coverage they will stick new coverage glass for free. But when I came and requested to change the glass protector, they said that I should pay for it. And two different staff asked for this procedure different price. For example, the girl seller asked $11 and manager asked $9. But why I should pay if I already paid when I bought phone and coverage. I strongly do not recommend buying anything from here. Additionally, I want to mention the manager, who from my perspective wasn't polite.

I went into bell at the same mall wanted iPhones they had no selection and also seemed expensive (bell is our provider). We walked over to Marl at wireless wave and he got us a way better deal on phones they had in stock. We ended up saving lots of money by going to Marl.

I had an amazing experience with Bahar at the Grant Park location. For the time I spent there she went above and beyond what would be expected. She is my go to from now on.

He is amazing at what he does, he ensure we are happy with our purchases and contracts. He always ensures we are getting the best fit for our family! He doesn't rush us, answers all of our questions (we have a lot) lol and even answered our teens' questions as this was our boys' first brand new phone purchases! Bought my phone and Bell plan there. Having lots of problems with phone so went back to kiosk and young man (kid) Matthew was not helpful very rude preoccupied for over 5 min on personal call and generally did not give a darn. In the end he just sent me away with warranty dept phone number.

I have dealt with The Grant Park shopping centre WIRELESSWAVE store for some years throughout which James has always been very helpful. Most recently, on July 24 2020, David Truong helped me select a plan best suited for my current needs. I have severe hearing impairment and he took great pains to ensure I understood everything he said. I am deeply grateful to him for his help and courtesy. I am so happy this branch has re-opened with appropriate Covid-19 precautions in place. I complement management for staff like James and David. I would recommend this branch without hesitation.

I visited this store with my friend as she wanted to change from a Samsung to Apple device. James was really amazing at helping her pick a phone and understanding the plan she was getting. He also assisted her with transferring all her information from her Samsung to iPhone with an app. This is the best wireless wave location I’ve ever visited and I’ll recommend it to anyone. 6 stars for customer service. Loved going here, all the staff was so friendly it was like visiting an old group of friends. I was shopping around for new plans as I was transitioning from an old telus plan, and the staff here presented me multiple options to fit my request. After allowing me time go over my options, they were able to quickly and efficiently set me up with a new device.

I have always had an amazing experience there! Kaddy and Sam are both outstanding employees! They're extremely patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. Yesterday when I upgraded my phone I had no problems understanding anything. A couple of weeks ago when Kaddy sold me a fast charger for my phone, She explained everything very carefully and what my options were in terms of different chargers. She recommended from experience the best option for my phone.

If Only I can rate them more than 5 star I will do it! James is very professional, knowledgeable and Friendly! Unlike any other sales person this guy take his time to get you deals and not get annoyed when you ask questions. Great service! The manager was helping me at first but had to hand of to his coworker to deal with another customer and she picked up right where he left off. It was like she had helped me from the start. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to this team if they need any help.

My Girlfriend had been trying to find an upgrade for her phone for a few days at the various malls and kiosks during the black Friday sales. She is from the Philippines and is not always confident with her English. Many of the other kiosks were complicated about there deals and pricing and didn't seem to want to take the time to to simplify things for her. If you want to know many different options for phones, providers and plans without any nonsense go see Sam at the Wireless Wave Kiosk at Grant park. The rest of their staff were very nice too!

Awesome service. Had the manager at the store give me help when deciding on what phone/plan to upgrade to and even though the phone was not in stock because it was brand new, he was able to help me locate one at a different location to go pick up! 10/10 would deal with this location again.

We dealt with James and he was great. We had never not gone direct to Rogers before and he was able to do above and beyond what Rogers could do. Great experience.

So I went to Rodgers to get a new phone and a new plan. The cheapest they could give me was $115 for an older generation of phone! This was so much more expensive than my previous plan so I walked out. I went to Wireless across the mall and it was awesome! Jerod (Jarod?) knew the promos for that day (which Rogers didn't) and got me a deal for a brand new phone and a great plan for $80 a month. They really knew their stuff and the quality of service really made them stand out from the other places I visited. Thanks so much for your help!
