Upgraded my to cellphones and gave inaccurate information about plans and protection plans.

So not helpful. They’re not very good at explaining details and in the end I wasn’t able to get a phone and they didn’t even try to do anything to compensate my hour and half waiting for nothing. Poor service!

Great customer service from Tushar and the Apple support advisor was also really great and really helpful.

Awesome dealing with Apple tech Rahul, got my iPhone 12 fixed which having no sound issue with top speaker under warranty still there was no coverage on it. Really appreciate the service.

The Apple technician Rahul was very humble and a nice man. Today i visit on Black Friday for to buy a phone. He explains me each and everything in a polite way. The apple is very lucky to have these technicians to provide a excellent service to the customers.i really appreciate the service

Very bad service Waiting time is more than hour staff.they dont care about the customers time. I made a pre order for I phon 14 from this store they took advance payment and said you will receive tour device in 2 weeks I went there again after 2 weeks they said please for another 2 weeks and they didnt even refund me waste my 2 months and now gave me refund they said they do not have phone and very rude staff not helping

Visit to this store last week. Supinder is a really good sales associate there. I am so happy with her service. She is very patient and humble and also refer my friends to visit her. They also experience the same thing. She provides me and my friends a good plan and I got my 13 pro max in my favourite colour. Keep it up girl. Lots of love

After a terrible experience across the mall at MTS and their Ill-informed staff, we found David and he was amazing! Helped my daughter upgrade her phone and a great phone plan as well!

Jousha was such an amazing sales associate. He helped me save only my new uogarde buut not only that went through every detail to make sure there's no misunderstanding.
If anyone looking to uogarde or need a new line please go see him! He's amazing!

I've been going to Wireless Wave for the past 10 years for my cell plans and phones. I have had nothing but positive experiences at the Kildonan Place location. This time I ran into the Garden City location and it was excellent. Jarod, assistant manager, was extremely knowledgeable, found me the plan and phone within budget to suit my needs, and stayed past close to ensure everything was set up for me. I love that they are unbiased and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of all the service providers and technology. They have a client centred approach, and I have never felt pressured into buying something that didn't suit my exact needs. They have found what I need for the best price, including covers and protection that keep my device safe. I have had nothing but positive experiences over the past 10 years and highly recommend visiting.

Roch helped me with getting my phone with great attitude very friendly I recommend her to anybody that wants to go get a phone hooked up her service was amazing thank you so much for everything will be a Repeat customer for sure

Brian was phenomenal! He mentioned the promotions that they were offering and took his time to explain to me the basics of my new phone! ALSO he wasn't being "pushy" with his sales - which is a huge plus. Highly recommend (ask for Brian!)

Safi is great. I got a much better deal, and certainly much better service than I did by going to Rogers or Bell MTS in the mall. I would recommend him to everyone.
