In the past, I have had terrible experiences with understanding my wireless account options. I decided to branch away from the major stores and visit Wireless Wave. It was there that I met Nevada. We always have the best service with Wireless Wave in the Brandon Shoppers Mall. Always professional and very friendly. We have never had a bad experience with them. They make sure we are getting the best deal we can with our phones and service provider. Before we leave their store, our phones are switched over, and they check in a few weeks after to see if we are happy with them. As far as I'm concerned they slways go above and beyond. My wife and I have been going to Wireless Wave for a few years. The staff have always been so helpful. My wife went in recently not expecting to upgrade, but found out she was able to. Nevada and JJ helped her and we’re extremely nice. Especially when we had some issues and they took their time to figure out the problem and helped any way they could! I love what the stuff of wireless wave do for me I can walk in and ask for some services get my all my questions met and answered and not have to worry about being given the runaround and we all joke around on the whole I enjoy doing business with these folks and I recommend them to everybody around me

In the past I have had very good experiences dealing with wirelesswave. We went into the store to get a new phone for my wife and she asked if all the info from her old phone would be transferred over and they assured us it would be. Well in the end the last month of what's app messages that were not transferred and are gone. So that's why I gave it only a 4 star.

Nevada was amazing! She was 1000 times more helpful than anyone at the other cell phone companies in the mall, and the other employees were great too.

I was greeted by the store clerk who informed me that the person with whom I needed to speak would be in the store the following day. He took my number and said I would receive a call the next day.

I did! Surprise, as many stores do not have good customer service. Bhagyesh Patel was very polite and professional. I made an appointment to take my phone in for a screen replacement.

I arrived for my appointment and was greeted by Bhagyesh. He went through the required paperwork quickly, and advised as to the time my phone would be repaired and ready for pickup.

I arrived at the advised time and my phone was ready. Everything about my experience was professional, friendly and as promised.

Baghyesh said I would receive a follow up call in a month to ensure I had no issues with the repair. As promised, I did receive the call.

Great job. What more could I ask for?
