Wolverine supplies is Mossberg Canada's official warranty center. Eric was very professional, prompt and amazing to deal with. He answered all of my questions and got my shotgun back in my hands in under 2 weeks (with tracking info too). Highly recommend Mossberg and Wolverine supplies for honoring their 2 year warranty. Bought a restricted rifle from those guys recently, NOT sacrificed with their service, after I received transfer confirmation, they said some parts of the rifle is still on the way, will be ready in couple days even though they mark the rifle as in stock 2 weeks ago before the transfer. After TWENTY DAYS it still not ready…
Their phone line is hard to reach, went straight to mailbox most the time and lack of response on email.

Haven't been but ordered online it got to me quickly. (Helps I live In SK) They had/have what I want/needed definitely ordering from again as well as going to try and make it there at some point.

Absolute perfect customer service. I have ordered a few things over the years. Best customer service I have ever experienced.

I Called to order a mount that is difficult to find at best, if not impossible. A pleasant women named Gail answered and was able to help me order the mount and was able to ship to the USA. Gail was professional, personable, and courteous througout the entire encounter - which, unfortunately, is leagues ahead of most of the local sporting goods shops near me.

Highly recommend this business if you're in the States or Canada!

Thank you Wolverine Supplies for organizing Open House shooting. For me, it was my first experience of shooting with pistols, revolvers and shotguns. It was really a wonderful experience. All the staff and range officers are very friendly and helpful. I wish if you guys can make more shooting events because I really want to do more.

If I could rate this place higher I would. I've never experienced such awesome customer service and I cannot recommend this place enough. Heather helped me through what was a rather large pain of a returns process with Mossberg and went to bat on my behalf. These folks will have your back and make sure you're covered for all needs.

I can’t believe that my favorite store as decided to look out for their own interest and siding with the Federal Government on this gun buy back. Way to raise up your middle finger to all those who have supported you over the years. Never again

Great people, great supplier but VERY disappointed with them complying with Buy back program. Anyone looking for a business with a backbone, take your business to RDSC, they won’t disappoint you.

Of all stores I would not of expected Wolverine to support in anyway the Federal government attack on lawful dun owners. Definitely done with you!

Wolverine Supplies is a top notch outfit. I am a repeat customer from many years ago, and will continue to do business in the future. All of my orders have been via e-commerce, and shipped directly to me as I am not a local customer. Throughout all of the “craziness” that has been the past 9-months (and since 2020 to be honest), as a member of this community I truly appreciate what the staff of Wolverine Supplies have been doing to provide not only products and services, but also support to the community.

The best store in Canada. I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Ryan and Chris are stand up guys who go to the extra mile and take their time making sure you're satisfied. I am overwhelmingly happy with the customer service here. You'd think you're family the way they treat you.

Bought a $1800 scope it never got delivered Wolverine is fighting not to refund my money. Be aware when you order online they will likely take no responsibility for a not delivered product. Going on 3 months in a week. I will never deal with this company beware online buyers
