Very good staff, friendly girls who work at the reception. Also, the doctor with whom I had a consultation is a very pleasant and competent woman. Thanks for a great experience!

Worst possible place to call and ask for information, was hung up on after telling the receptionist I didn’t understand what she was saying. Called back two times as it’s for a pregnancy and no one would answer the phone. I recommend taking your time and self else where especially if it’s for an unborn baby as these ladies at the reception desk are stressful, rude and incompetent.

Everyone is so kind! And the services they offer are so helpful. I’d definitely recommend going here.

Unprofessional receptionist, I called 3 times asking if I would be seen only to pay for a cab there to tell me I can't be seen there. She could've told me on the phone like receptionists are supposed to do.

Excellent experience. I went to see Dr. Barbara. She is the best doc i have ever seen. So comfortable to talk to n responds to all your queries so patiently. Just loved her.

The women here are so fantastic and always make sure you’re comfortable! I’ve been coming here for a couple years, and each time has been so positive. I just got my nexplanon implant and the women were so amazing. The whole process was really easy!

This clinic ignored all my symptoms told me everything was normal/even did a pap smear said they didnt find anything and schedueled me an appointment with a specialist (Note: it was May and appointment scheduled for Aug 25). My symptoms continued to worsen the past few months while I waited to so my sister (a nurse) got me in with a specialist the next week. One look and she knew what it was. The doctor at The womens clinic missed an old tampon. They put me at risk of TSS and disregarded my health

Whether it's a phone appointment or in-person appointment, I am always given the absolute best service in my life. The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly and they really make me more comfortable/less nervous during procedures.

Came here for the first time the other day! At first I thought i needed to be at the location for my appointment but was told otherwise when I was already waiting at the front of their building (my mistake since I forgot they were limiting in-person appointments!) But its ok! They offered me a room to sit in instead of having me stand outside to have the appointment by phone!
The counselor i had was very helpful and informative with the things i was curious about, and even booked me a last minute appointment to get myself checked for something unrelated to what i was originally there for. It was great! Im usually a very shy and socially anxious person (i may come here for this reason too) but i felt really comfortable coming here knowing its a welcoming place for girls.:)

I've been coming to this clinic for 17 years now and they have always been the friendliest group of people, in person and over the phone. I have never felt judged here, the staff are professional and knowledgeable and they handle client privacy very seriously.

I just recently got my third IUD insertion done and the experience was once again a great one. I will continue to visit as long as I can and would recommend this clinic in a heartbeat for any young women needing a safe place to visit.

Women's health clinic is an amazing resource. They are so knowledgable, and everything is accessible with lower costs or even "pay what you can'. You feel informed and empowered making decisons. I would highly reccomend to anyone and have reccomended to many!

The ladies I've talked to on the phone are amazing, sweet, helpful. I got connect with midwives. The care is beyond compare. I'm so very thankful for this team.

Shockingly discriminatory practices. Would rather perform abortions than councilling. A degree of negligence and indifference that "sorry" will never correct.

I have been coming here for, at least, ten years now and I feel so blessed that I and the rest of the womxn of Manitoba have access to a resource as wonderful as this. Over the last decade I have visited Women’s Health Clinic for a myriad of reasons, including for birth control various tests, and help with an eating disorder - amongst other things. Never once have I visited the clinic and felt judged, or even scared to go in, regardless of what it was for. The staff is so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful and it truly is a team of Angels working there. We deserve to be able to take care of ourselves, and Women’s Health Clinic is the perfect place to start if you don’t necessarily know how. I will forever recommend, and do all that I can to support, this clinic. Thank you X a million to the lovely staff, forever and always!

I will said it is not the company, it is not how good looking is the building, it is not how much more degrees they can have. THE PEOPLE make the diference.
They are so helpfull, so carefull, so wondering, so open to hear you and give you answers.

I will never have enogh worths to thank you so much. Been pregnant, been vulnarable, been with no heathcare card (papers taking to long in pandemic) and get from your team the best respond.

Such a nice place! They are always friendly and helpful. And it feels safe to be there. Would highly recommend for anyone seeking help with birth control.

I've been trying to get help from doctors for the last 15 years and this is the first time the doctor sat with me and explained in detail what I have and how to help. No doctor I've had has said this is what you have (endo), now I can properly treat it. Best experience and would highly recommend.

The old lady with the english accent who has worked at the front desk forever asked me if so and so was my sister and then proceeded to tell me that she is not a good person due to (im not going to say exactly what online) basically the choices she makes in regards to her own body while coming to this clinic for help.someone needs to get this old fart out of this clinic as she is someone who is supposed to be working in a non judgemental program helping girls with decisions and issues in regards to their bodies. Disgusting place for even keeping her around.

Very satisfied with the service offered here! Very friendly staff, they take their time to explain EVERYTHING! Just amazing! And they even gave me a call to let me know that everything is good with the results! Thank you so much for this great experience!

By far the best place to go if you’re a woman. The care is not only thoughout but done in a thoughtful and Comforting manner.

Never again going to discuss birth control. I give one star because they stand by their values and have good morals and actually want to help women. They're just bad at their jobs. I told them my concerns with birth control (Which is migraine with aura and allergy to sulfa) I trusted their opinion and began the nuvaring right away. Felt really awful the first day and consulted health links. She told me to take it out right away and to consult my doctor. Turns out I can have strokes with those. Second I found on my own, they told me that the sponges were a safe alternative to hormone/progesterone. So I took some and thought about it. Right before I used one I looked because I'm scared of my allergies. Turns out, I'm severely allergic. If I had not looked I cold have had a serious reaction.
These birth control "specialists" don't know what they're talking about.

The front desk staff are often rude, especially ones that have been there for a long time and I know that if you go there you know what I mean. 4 stars because of that - otherwise I have been going to WHC for 12 years they have really helped me with their services. Thankful to the dedicated staff.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Staff weren't even able to book an appointment properly. You have to really watch everything they do because it's half assed. I've had to rearrange my entire week because they consistently made errors and had me coming back in even when I was scheduled to work.
Considering the type of female procedures that they do it's extremely unnerving to know that they can't manage to properly do their clerical work nevermind a medical procedure that requires a huge amount of attention and knowledge. Greatly disappointed I ended up canceling my appointment at a huge inconvenience to me and we'll be looking elsewhere for a female doctor once again I can't stress to you enough how completely disgusted I am with this place is Services a bunch of young girls who can't get their stuff together
